Been here a few times. Sometimes the service was okay and others were abysmal.
Tried their nachos. Hands down, the WORST and overpriced nachos I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t even bother ordering it. And the cheese was disgusting, if it was even cheese. Pretty sure that was my last visit.

I’ve been coming to this bar for a long time, especially when Veronica was managing it, and the experience used to be completely different.
Unfortunately, the service now has gone downhill. The new staff often seem to be in a bad mood, rarely check on the tables, and are not attentive. If I want to order something, I practically have to chase someone down and wait for them to finish talking among themselves at the bar before being helped.
It’s disappointing because this used to be my happy place. Now, instead of feeling welcomed, I feel like I’m inconveniencing the servers just by being there.
The only reason I still come back is because it’s close to my house. If I have another option, I avoid coming here altogether — which is unfortunate, considering how much I used to enjoy it.
If the owner were aware that the current service is pushing customers away instead of creating a good atmosphere and increasing sales, I believe changes would be made immediately.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this place used to be something special.

Bartender would not allow pull tabs with another group playing even with cash in hand. When questioned about it, bartender asked “do you really want to go there?” Sounds pretty fixed and messed up. Would not recommend.

I’ve had a decent burger here and always get good service at the bar. It does get packed and take a bit sometimes but that’s life.

Ended up here somewhat by accident on a Saturday night. We are out of turners and we’re looking for a late night bite to eat and a drink or two. The best French fries we had had in literal years. Suuuuper good. Very friendly staff and the DJ, while quite loud, was doing a bang up job. Stayed longer than anticipated we were having such a good time.

Came in last night to escape the heat after a Dust Devils game and I have to say I am glad We did !!!!! Great service from Michelle , Brittany, and Kayce ! We were very well taken care of and hardly had to wait between the 3 of them covering a very busy evening you would have thought we had the place to ourselves…. Justin cooked us up some of the best Food I have had at a Duggout location hands down curds were amazing !!!! Great staff all the way around great establishment environment and service 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be back soon !!!!

Average tavern & atmosphere, a bit dated and could use some cleaning of walls (at least around the booth we sat at). Cheese curds were ok, mini corn dogs were good. Several TVs with sports is always nice.

I’m honestly baffled by the level of poor customer service we received. It’s as if this business forgot that customers are the reason they exist in the first place. If you’re going to treat people with rudeness, indifference, or make it a chore just to get basic support, it begs the question do you even want our business?
There are too many options out there to waste time or money where you’re not valued. A little respect and accountability go a long way. Sadly, this place seems to have missed the memo. And we will not be back.

OK let me start with the fact that these girls made the night the funniest night I’ve had in a long time not to mention the food was phenomenal. They had a type of french fry that I have never tried before where it’s soft in the inside and crispy on the outside edges, but just the two outside edges Super good they bring a rack full of sauces to your table. You don’t have to pay $.25 $.50 or even a dollar per wrench container they bring you the whole bottle along with four other sauces. They have every pulled tab you can think of music and the bartenders are fun lively and they aren’t fake, I don’t usually leave this link of review, but this one knocked my socks off I will be returning here along with referring everybody else I know to this place for a long time when I find out the names of the bartenders, I will let you know

Came in for lunch.
Staff was great and even tried to help us find the game we wanted.
Food was great but it was a little slow.
Burger was amazing and the fries and sauces were the icing on the cake. Didn’t come in with big expectations but I left with a full belly!
