Super busy and understaffed. But the workers worked super hard in filling tons of orders in a short time. I was surprised how friendly the young lady and man were still super nice with so much pressure in filling more orders than 4 staff could fill that two people were handling the best they could and they made me a great sandwich! Thank you!

Stopped by to get a late dinner around 9:30. Sign says the lobby closes at 10, lobby door was locked. The guy pointed at the drive-through line so I drove around then he told me it was 10 to 15 minutes because he was counting the front register. What a way to lose my business. ♂️

Quality of our subs was fine but the service was very slow. there seem to be more concentration on the drive-thru window then to the people who actually took the time to come into the store. Staff was friendly and nice The problem is there was just one person running the location.

Stood in line for over 20 minutes while they made 2 sandwich’s for the drive through. Got to the register finally just for them to count the cash register soon as it was time to pay.

We used to go to this location a lot. That’s one day which is today that we went to it they made our sandwiches so horrible they didn’t even put cheese on my Husband sandwich when we ordered it and I ordered pepper jack cheese on my sandwich too. And they gave me white American. I called down there and the lady called me a liar over the phone. I do not recommend this location at all. We Live 30 minutes away and the lady basically told me if I didn’t come tonight to bring our sandwiches back that she wasn’t gonna do anything to fix it any day or any time. And that I’m basically lying because her employees never has gotten the sandwich wrong as what she told me.

It’s been a while since I have tried Subway. Impressed with the facelift this store has received. It’s very clean and fresh. Nice and friendly ladies that worked there, but how they greeted me was a little confusing. Instead of greeting me with a hello. They asked me if I was there to pick up an online order. That’s my only complaint and reasoning to giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, glad to be eating Subway again.

Made an order online because of the $6.99 any footlong deal…first of all, the website is pretty confusing to navigate, but that isn’t the store’s fault. I ordered a sub, a Gatorade, a chip and a cookie. If you are picking up an online order, make sure you check your bag (even though you shouldn’t have to) because they forgot my Gatorade AND chips! Will never be coming back to this location or ordering Subway online!!! Total waste of money.
Also, mayo everywhere, no napkins and didn’t even cut the sub in half!! I will only be going to Penn Station for now on.

After placing a mobile order I waited 30 minutes before the app said ready, when I went in to pick it up they said it hasn’t even been started and I’d have to wait. All for while making the customer in there’s sub to realize it was done the entire time. Absolutely horrible experience and I most likely will not be returning to this location.
