My fiance loves the brisket and I love the fresh ribs! They always give large portions and provide quick, friendly service. Usually always the same friendly faces each time which is nice. Love the BBQ, especially the Sweet one. The only time I’ve been upset with this place is when Google says they are open but I get there and they are closed.

Had 3 meat platter. Brisket very good even though cut wrong. Smoked turkey very flavorful. Pulled pork was minced and dry. Had to add sauce. Green beans very good. Macaroni and cheese tasted like powdered cheese used. Like a kraft boxed one. I was there on the last day they were in business

The one good thing was they give a lot of food. The burnt ends was all fat. Very unpleasant to eat. The brisket was ok, not much flavor. The meatloaf was not great either. Almost 60 bucks for 2 platters and a side of spicy slaw is a bit higher than I’m use too. Still the most disappointing was the burnt ends. Its my favorite to get whenever i grab barbecue but this was not burnt ends. I have to take it all home and reconstruct it, cut off all the fat.

We were in Paris from ohio and made it just on time for opening. The lord blessed the hands of those cooks because everything was absolutely AMAZING. Me and my husband split the family combo. We were FLOORED by the ribs, we both agreed it was the best we have ever had and we are BBQ fanatics. Fries, 10☆ cheese curds 10☆ ribs 10☆ and staff 10☆ thanks yall for being so friendly, patient, and hospitable!

#BrisketCrime I asked for moist brisket, receive brisket somewhere on the scale between dehydrated to fossilized. Beans from a can had no meat. Coleslaw was restaurant supply and that brought my review up to a 2.

The ocean was incredibly fresh, cheese curds wonderfully consistent, and house made sauce is a staple. Randy was a wonderful host and I will be back with more people to try this great place.
