I walked in, and no one approached the counter to greet me. There were about 4 other customers in the place, so I figured they might be busy. I look to the side, and there are these order kiosks. I am pretty tech-savvy, so I decide to try. I can’t find the button for the specific Box my hubby wants- it’s as if the kiosk is trying to direct my order to its popular Custom Menu. With still no one to help, I ended up getting 2 quick button pushes and- Uh Oh…. I’m paying cash. I watch 3 orders placed after me get made and served before I had to get someone’s attention and explain that I needed to pay for my food. It was as if I was bothering the employee by handing them money. Apparently, asking for a receipt was a big chore as well. The runny icing on the dump cake was that they were out of every drink but Pepsi. Maybe it was just a bad day for this location. I won’t be returning to find out.

Consistently have issues I guess I’ll stop going there now too… Hard dried up beans in my burrito, got the chicken fingers to try and they were so old and dried out they broke into pieces… Inedible!!

Ordered online for pick up at window. Had to wait a few minutes for them to fix food. Ordered the Cravings Box. What I got was a Cravings Bag which was wet from my food not being properly wrap and the juices from the food had soaked thru the wrapers. I was a mess by the time I got home. The potatoes were over cooked and dry. The young lady at the window was friendly.

I just left there and ordered a large nacho fries and paid for an extra cup of cheese. First of all, they gave me some old, cold, hard fries AND both of those cheese cups put together would probably fill 3/4 of one cup. I’m so annoyed and if Blythewood traffic wasn’t so bad right now, I would’ve turned right around and gave them this back. Wasted money.

We ordered 5 tacos, we only received 4. And we ordered a chicken bowl, and there was no chicken on it. The people behind the table are counter were too busy tickling each other to so their job. Instead of coming here, save yourself a trip and call yourself an idiot. Also, they were out of burrito shells

I went to Taco Bell today and it honestly slapped. I got a veggie wrap and some cheesy fiesta potatoes, and everything was hot and super flavorful. The service was quick, and the food hit exactly the way Taco Bell is supposed to hit — chaotic but delicious.

I am usually forgiving in my reviews, but this one needs to be firm. I originally tried to order at the drive through, but it seemed like the order taker couldn’t hear me, so i went inside. The place was absolutely filthy. Some areas look like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time and grime is building up in corners and on surfaces. In the kitchen, which was also filthy, there was a large water spill that wasn’t marked-off and no one appeared to care about cleaning it up. The staff, while not rude, seemed to be going very slow and were careless about the mess around them. They had time to chat while they worked, but not to clean, apparently. Even the parking lot has a lot of trash laying around. The burritos i ordered were decent but they were thrown together carelessly and put in the bag in a way that one got ripped open in its wrapper. I understand that food service isn’t often seen as a desirable career that makes someone want to excel at it every day, but basic cleanliness and care should be standard. Whoever manages this place has really dropped the ball for at least as long as the grime has been settling in the corners and has failed to motivate their employees to do well. If i were in a position above this location manager and happened to come here, that manager would be fired immediately, along with a good number of employees. There is no excuse for this level of filth and laziness in a dining establishment.

So I will say that for Taco Bell you really don’t expect much. But for what you do expect the experience here is horrible. There are a lot of youngsters that work there at this location and to be honest it is horrible. I ordered my tacos and they were mostly just crunchy water and a little bit of chopped tomatoes and they were just thrown together. Didn’t really have much beef in them or anything. Even the chicken chalupa didn’t have much chicken and to be honest when I open the wrapper everything just kind of fell out. I’m not one to bash a place of business, but the kids there don’t seem to take their job as seriously as I think they should. The food comes out with no type of care and it just seems like they’re just there to collect the paycheck which is sad because I live in the area and I try to give the business to the people in the area but it is horrible so I usually try not to stop through unless it’s like the only thing open. But I hope some changes come about because Taco Bell when it’s great. It’s great but this is not one of those great locations sadly

The food is good, meets the tacobell standard. Their soda always tastes like the machine needs to be cleaned/changed and it’s typically a pretty slow location.

Went at 10pm on a Monday and they were out of almost everything. The food I did get was undercook and poor quality. Blythewood needs better food!
Update: went back again for lunch and had the worst customer service experience, also none of my food was toasted. Will never go back
Update 7/26/2024 : stupidly tried this location again and 2 items were missing from my order and my crunch wrap was burned on both sides. They also did not give the sauces I requested on the ap. Truely disappointing
