Steep Station has seriously leveled up under the new management. The vibe is cleaner, more focused, and you can tell there’s real pride behind the scenes now. The whole place runs smoother, and the energy feels more intentional—like they actually care about the space and the people walking through the door.
The manager is clearly locked in. You can see the passion behind the way things are run, and the results speak for themselves. Shoutout to Cheyenne for setting a new standard without making it about her—it’s about the experience now.

The place is always so welcoming. The staff is really friendly and attentive. They suggest drinks if you don’t know what you want; they explain in case you don’t know your way around kava, kratom, teas and combinations necessary to enjoy a good drink. I love this kava bar. Totally recommend it.

so excited to have Cheyenne as the new manager. I have been coming here for about a year now ever since I moved to the area. I work remotely, so it’s a great place to chill and work during the day. The drinks are good quality and pretty strong, and their deals every day are the best in town, hands down! Highly recommend over the surrounding kava spots in the area.

My first time ever at a tea house and it was such a fantastic experience that it may become a weekly event for me now! The people are warm and friendly and treat you like you have basically been a customer of theirs for years. A very unique and vast assortment of teas and other beverages with your guys limit imagination of what to add to those beverages. I would have to say that living in the Pacific Northwest and dealing with a lot of coffee shops I’m going to go ahead and say that the tea shop is actually a much more inviting and interesting experience! I also took notice that a lot of people were there to do work away from home and it seemed to be a very positive and epileps being placed to do any type of work on your computer or talking into customers or whatever you need to do. Essentially the experience was fantastic!
