The worse order ever! My pizza was like soup! Drenched in Alfredo sauce. Barely any cheese. Actually it’s 95% sauce 5% cheese! Like why?! On top of that it wasn’t cut well at all and if you try to lift up a slice everything is falling off of it! Then I get to my cheesy bread hoping for better ( idk why) and it’s not only burned but again more bread less cheese… if you didn’t have cheese left just cancel

the food is great and staff is so kind. but managers need to schedule more help for workers on weekends. its not fair they have to run around like chickens with their heads cut off. two people isnt enough for friday night

Horrible. I asked for square cuts. They cut the pizza up into random shapes and sizes without even trying. Cold cheese and stale crust. An hour and a half late and they couldn’t even cut the pizza right, the store said if I save the old pizzas to send back to the store then they will offer to make another pizza , u mean wait again for what for me to wait another 2 hours to feed my kids ?? I definitely got my money back from the bank. They ALWAYS get something wrong every single time. I was disappointed with my experience today. The employee working, Topu, was rude! He did not appear happy at all to be there. I ordered a pizza and wings and the wings were not tossed in the BBQ sauce. He basically drizzled sauce over the plain wings as seen in the attached photo. I will not be returning to that location ever again.

Wrist customer service. Don’t order from this location. We’ve been waiting over an hour for a simple pizza. when I asked to speak with a manager I was told “the manager wasn’t at work.” Pizza finally arrived, now an hour and a half late, but was cold. Great job, Domino’s College Park!

I put my order in at around 5:28. It took 40 minutes before there was an update saying that the food was being cooked. Then the driver supposedly left with my delivery at 6:30. 20 minutes later my order has still not arrived and the driver was only 15 minutes away when the order left for delivery. Further the estimated delivery time continues to change to a time that is later and later. At this point it will have taken over an hour and a half to get a delivery that was estimated to be in hand 30-40 minutes after being placed. When I called about my concern, neither apology or explanation was offered. This is terrible customer service.

Delivery order :Terrible terrible terrible they do not follow instructions.They’re telling me to call tomorrow because there’s no manager on duty. I got a replacement pizza due on my behalf because I entered the wrong phone number then driver tells me he left my food with a neighbor, a stranger . And said they were going to hold it for me . Now how in the world would a stranger hold my pizza .They told me it was going to be 30 minutes which took an hour on top of that they did not bring the drink I purchased, . I will never again be ordering from College Park Domino you guys need to do better. I appreciate it. The person I was on the phone with they did put in my replacement order.
