I always hit the drive thru here so I don’t have pictures. I’ve just got to say that whomever the hiring manager is here is absolutely brilliant at finding the right people.
Every single time I go the person at the window is happy, positive, super kind and knows how to do their job and provide stellar customer service.
Someone told me once to try their grilled chicken Cesar wrap so I did. That turned into a habit. One because it’s amazing, two because it’s about the only descent priced fast food place in America and three, the team.
Absolute success at running a business. Please don’t change. You’re our last hope for fast food in America. I feel bad calling it that as you’re worlds ahead of the trash 98% of the other places provide.
Keep it up. I love you West Thunderbird Salad and Go team. 🙂
***Update. Another amazing lunch and outstanding service. It makes me sad that you felt the need to apologize so much just because the first wrap was made with the sauce in it vs on the side. I wouldn’t even have complained. That tells me too many jerks still exist in this world. You deserve better treatment from customers.

I use the app and order ahead so I can just pull up in the drive through, tell them who I am, and zip through the whole process in no time. But, on those occasions where I’ve needed to order right there in the drive-thru line, the staff is friendly and knowledgable on their menu and fast. I can’t believe how much more smoothly this experience is over other area fast food locations! It must be the company culture or great management but it is so appreciated. The salads are always fresh and portions are great for the affordable prices they charge. I’ve not tried any of their breakfast items, myself, but my family says that is really good as well.

I love Salad and Go…I am a frequent visitor to various locations. I opted to try the “summer salad,” with the limited time special bundle. It comes with a drink, salad and pita chips and chickpea dip for $10.99 before taxes. It was my second time having the pita chips and both times they were REALLY overcooked and some were so small I could barely pick them up. I ordered the mango green tea. I didn’t realize it was sugarless. I did return it for an Arnold palmer.

Made a quick stop for their famous frozen strawberry lemonade. Stopped in to get myself and my grandkids a drink. We enjoy grabbing one on the drive home from school. I only wish they came in a bigger size.

Great place to drive through and grab some hearty salads. Only got 1 napkin for the 2 salads and 1 burrito salad we got, but other than that, it was great to enjoy outside next to Suprise library. The strawberry icy was delicious too.

This is a very friendly to go/Drive thru. They have a few options s and the ability to make your own. The workers are super friendly and quick. There are two lines for drive thru. You can order ahead using the app or online for pick up. Getting out of the parking lot can be rough since the Thunderbird side is always busy. This time I tried a new salad but didn’t care for it but on other ti.es have had really enjoyed them. I also tried the frozen strawberry lemonade. While it was good not worth the calories. The meal was very cheep and they even have breakfast options.

I’m not sure what happened last night, but after me and my wife bought 2 Cobb salads and ate them from the location on 75th & Thunderbird! We had terrible stomach pains, We always get the same cobb salads, but last night we both had meetings with the porcelain gods all night. I can understand if it was one of us, but both of us.. Truly believe something was bad in those salads! If anybody experience this yesterday, let it be known! Still affecting us this morning!!!…..Still can’t be to far from the bathroom… Just Terrible

I don’t love how they put the dressing packet inside the salad bowl. Just doesn’t seem sanitary.
However the salad itself is amazing! Very affordable, and fresh. The avocado was a little underripe & a tiny portion.. but not bad!
I highly recommend looking online before you go & previewing their full ingredient options as for some reason there’s no list on their menu board? Makes it kinda hard to build your own salad but that’s what I did.
I tried the basil blueberry lemonade and it was very refreshing. Not very sweet but perfect for me.
There was a bit of a line but it was fast moving.
