One of the best places to eat for a hundred miles in any direction. I brought the family during Thanksgiving week, and we tried lots of different menu items. All spectacular! Everything here is made well, from scratch, from real ingredients. Service was enthusiastic and prompt. Atmosphere is perfect. Simply wonderful all around. I love it.

Authentic Thai food cooked by a well experienced chef who makes her curry paste from scratch. The food was well balanced, fresh, and many wonderful choices. The service was attentive and genuinely friendly. We will visit again.

What a gem! Sorry Clovis, but I had low expectations of finding a decent meal there today and then what I got, at Siam Bistro, was fantastic. My Pad woon sen was perfectly spiced as hot but not so hot as to overpower the stir-fried vegetables and pork which were perfect.
My companion had drunken noodles which I sampled and would have been happy to have as my meal.
The fresh rolls were as they should be, fresh and flavorful.
The restaurant was clean and very pleasant and the service was just right.
The location is a bit out of the way but very easy to find in a nice neighborhood.
All this to say, “Why does Clovis have to be 3 1/2 hours away?!?”

Good food but be ready for price shocker. They charged $5 for hot water. We asked for tap water but they gave bottled water. We thought it is included but they charged separately. Portions are very small. They charged separately for the rice given with Thai curry. How can you eat only curry without rice? Also when I asked about price discrepancies, the host, who must be the owner, was very rude. You could also see the rudeness in response to other critical reviews. I paid the bill because we were the only guests there, we were tired due to 4 days drive towards Austin and due to change in behavior of the owner we wanted to move safe out of there. We will never return back here.
I am changing from 2 Stars to 1 Star after the rude reply from the host / owner.

First off, their service is more than amazing and the owners are very nice! You feel welcomed the moment you come in! They have a variety of Thai foods and even seasonal dishes all of which were really good and were big plates of food . For someone in a budget, it can be a little pricy but it’s definitely worth it considering their serving sizes and the flavor.

We were traveling from Texas and trying to find a Thai restaurant for dinner, and finally, we found the best Thai restaurant in a small town. How is it that a small town has the best authentic Thai food? Anyway, there it was!! This place is spotless, warm cozy with soft jazz music, food is Thai authentic, delicious, reasonable price with enough portion for us and glad we got a bottle of water we did not mind paying for that and also offers service like you’re at home!! This place is Clovis‘s hidden gem!! And we highly recommend it. This is our honest review and we will definitely be back again!! Thank you Siam Bistro!!

This place is almost perfect, I would like to see a few more vegetables in the plates, but the food tastes great. Clean bathrooms and the whole dining area are spotless. There are only two people working in the place and their service is just fantastic. The cook came out greeted us, and checked on us as well. Beautiful plates I didn’t like that you have to purchase bottled water, so be aware of that. It is a return to try other dishes place for sure. I tried the duck, AWSOME! my wife tried the s&s chicken, and we also had the egg fried rice and the egg rolls, beautiful sauce with the egg rolls. The hot and mild duck sauce was a perfect paring.

Siam Bistro is the place to go!

If you ever find yourself in Clovis , then you have to check this place out.

The restaurant is enticing and inviting from the Lucky bamboo, to the friendliness of the staff. The goal is to please the customer and they make every attempt to do so.

I had a cucumber salad and the pad broccoli and both were extremely delicious and expertly prepared.

The chicken in the pad broccoli was extremely tender and tasty and the broccoli and carrots were a nice pairing.

The cucumber salad had julienne carrots and diced onions in addition to the sliced cucumber. The sweet vinegar dressing pulled all the tastes together and topped it nicely.

Everything was fresh; the price was right, as were the portions. The place was clean and lively, so get there early as the place fills up quickly. There is parking in front of the restaurant.

Stop on by and enjoy

Siam Bistro is truly a hidden gem and in my opinion, the nicest Thai restaurant in Clovis. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the people who work there go above and beyond to accommodate every guest’s needs. Their kindness and attention to detail make every visit feel personal and special. The food is authentic which features home-style recipes brought directly from Thailand. Each dish brings fresh flavors and vibrant spices that reflect true Thai culture. Siam Bistro isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a genuine experience of Thai hospitality and cuisine at its finest.
