I go to Thatsa Wrapp Shack about once a week for lunch since I work right next door, and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and quick.
I did have a small mishap with my order recently, but they handled it perfectly—super polite, apologetic, and fixed it right away with zero attitude. Mistakes happen, but the way they corrected it showed how much they care about their customers.
Their food is always so good, and the service keeps me coming back every week! Highly recommend.
Ps. If you like jalapeños and steak the spicy grill meets boy is where it’s at and the homemade chip dip is BOMB!

Stumbled across this place just passing through and I must say, the wraps here are damn good! I had the Philly Flyer and my wife Spicy Grill Meets Boy. Everything in the wrap was perfectly balanced, the meat, the veggies, the sauce… perfect. Even the drinks were great. The customer service was excellent. I spoke with the owner about how great the food and service was. Shout out to you Jeff! I wish they were closer to Cleveland, but I’d still come here for the food.

The lady at the window wasn’t very friendly! I ask for a recommendation between to sandwhich which were similar. She said they were very similar but did not give her opinion or say if both were popularor not. I understand it was busy however being friendly goes a long way.The steak was tough and no season, I asked for light mayo however the wrap was full of sauce. I am not sure if I would visit this place again. Giving three stars because they have homemade potato chips are good.

I’m here for Xerox training from Virginia Beach, VA and this place came highly recommended. It was beyond good. I had the strawberry thriller with chips and dip. This place is to die for. I gotta come back again this week to try different menu items. The service is stupendous.

Top 3 wrap of my life. Very fresh ingredients and very tender steak. Got the grill meets boy wrap. Chips and dip were amazing and great side and im usually not a big house made chips guy. Great little spot, will be back to try other wraps. Just need a better online order pickup window as food was a little cold due to I had to wait in line of people ordering. They do pump them out fast though I’ll give them that.

The food here is delicious and this is such a cute spot with nice outdoor seating. I came during my lunch break and was very happy with how quickly my food was done. I had the hummus wrap and it was fresh and very tasty. The wrap itself is thin and flavorful and tastes very fresh, not like some thick chewy flour tortillas. There was just the right amount of filling in the wrap.
The star is the homemade chips and dip though. The chips were perfectly seasoned and cooked, all crispy. The dip is beyond addictive!! I absolutely love it. I dipped my wrap in it too. I will be making this a regular rotation for work lunches!

We’ve never been disappointed! Great wraps made fresh. Our favs include The Duke, Wrapp Session, and South by Southwest. We also love the homemade chips and dip. We appreciate being able to order online and having our food ready when we arrive. The outdoor tables offer a fun way to enjoy lunch. We highly recommend Thatsa Wrapp Shack!!
