I placed a delivery order online and was missing two drinks that I paid for. I called the store to get them either sent out or the drinks refunded. Instead the manager voided the entire order. The crew that was on tonight has more than done right by me and I have faith in spending my money here again.

The guy who took my walk in order was half asleep. NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE STORE BUT ME. Not a hello, what would you like, have a great day…….nothing. Seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else. I used to think Quiznos made the best sub, that was until Jimmy John’s came and took where our Quiznos had closed down. Jimmy John’s bread is by far my favorite part, everything is made as you order and with the best brands and freshest ingredients. Definitely worth trying if you are wanting a sub.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE EATEN HERE ITS BAD IN SOME WAY. IT NEVER FAILS. This is the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever eaten at. I’m not sure why it has 4.2 stars, I’m assuming it started off great and was a nice place to eat. I ordered a turkey tom without tomatoes. It didn’t have the tomatoes, but it also did not have Mayo on it which it always comes with. There were also onions on the sandwich and this sandwich doesn’t even have the option for onions unless you add them. I just don’t understand, I do NOT. Unfortunately reviews don’t do anything, so they will get away with being horrible at their jobs…..
