The customer service ladies were nice — no complaints there — but the pizza itself was a complete disaster.
This is not a large pizza by any stretch. The garlic cup in the photo makes it clear it’s barely a medium. That’s misleading and unacceptable for the price.
On top of that, it wasn’t even cooked all the way through — doughy center, uneven cheese, and zero flavor. I want a refund because this should’ve never left the kitchen.

Order wasn’t as requested. The order was supposed to be half chicken and half sausage. They put all of the meat on one side, the other side was cheese. Staff saw me and heard me come in, but didn’t acknowledge me until I said something to them. I was disappointed because I typically receive good service there.

I love Papa John’s food. The only thing I wish they add when placing online orders is that when you order hoagies, they have an option to add extra sauce. They have that for pizza, but not the hoagies. I always have to call the store directly for them to add extra sauce to my hoagie. I used to never had to worry about the sauce on their hoagies, but for the past couple years, they’ve gotten stingy.

Had a credit at this store because they messed up my order, which no big deal. But then I went to order again later to use my credit. I tried to call the store itself but it took me to a call center. I told the guy on the phone that I had a credit at the store, he said to talk to the people at the store when you get there to pick it up and they’ll take it off. I get there and the guy refuses to take it off because apparently I was supposed to tell them that before placing the order WHICH I DID. So I ended up paying for a pizza that I was supposed to get for free. Once I get my free pizza I will never order from here again.

Zachery the delivery driver lied and said he knocked multiple times when we are all sitting right by the door, he left our food outside in the rain on the ground! The manager had very little concern and couldn’t even explain why he wouldn’t call (IF HE DID KNOCK) before leaving the food on the ground! Very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate!

Disappointed.. tried the new Italian pizza. Box was delivered covered in Italian dressing. Pizza had so much Italian dressing it soaked into the box. Took a few bites and threw the entire thing away. I doubt I’ll come back.
