Everything from ordering with Cody, to modifications with Kyle, and delivery by Scott has been flawless. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with even as we’ve made several adjustments. Originally placed my order for Door Dash delivery. Was informed there was an issue with not enough DD drivers so I had to come pick up my order. Not Panera’s fault. I was told use the drive thru and that my order would be ready by noon. Got in d-t line at 11:53. Got to order microphone at 12:15, was told my order wasn’t quite ready yet, but to continue to the pick up window. It is now 12:32pm and I am still on car away from pick up

Worst Panera ever. No, it did not even snow today and at this location decided to close at seven, but didn’t bother to post assigned, put it on the website, or even put it on the door or the drive-thru. So some of us ventured out with the flu in hopes of getting some soup only to then discover once they get there that there is no soup in their future because I got there at 7:15 even though it says online they are open until nine… Corporate should have a serious talk with this regions manager because that is absurd. My family owns a franchise and we would never in 1 million years not at least tell our patrons that we are closed so that they don’t waste their time and leave their house in the freezing cold for no reason not to mention the fact that this location consistently Only gives you a cup of soup when you order a bowl because they Never fill it more than 3/4 of the way….. For the price point and the lack of customer service I highly recommend going anywhere but here.

Been to this drive-through at this location twice and each time I was in the drive-through at least 30 minutes. The second time I was there there were only four cars in front of me and again. I was in line for 30 minutes. Do not go to this location. Absolutely uncalled for.

My sandwich was made with the care of a child, slapped together with barely any ingredients and the people who work customer service should not work in customer service. I get you don’t want to be there but it’s your job so at least do it well. They don’t even cut the sandwhich, like how lazy can you be.

Ordered the wrong kinda sandwhich with meats that I couldn’t eat for religious reasons and they went out of their way to remake it for me. The staff were super friendly even when it was my mistake. 10/10 service. I will come back again!!

Okay place. A step above subway i guess. Nothing that special. Clean place. Rite near rex hospital where its getting gentrified. Most customers will be hospital related or the new gentrification crowd that is showing up. Oh ya has a drive thru but they slower than post office some days. An deserts not all available till end of day. Brownie are ok great with milk if they not corner burnt pieces.oh yah they deliver will charge an amount for it but have 2 use ther app tho..oh yah avoid sundays like the plague thy close store down an hour to 90 minz early.
