Just ran through the drive though in Fergus Falls.
My order was incorrect, I called to see what we could do to remedy it, and I was hung up on. Not great service.

Second time in a row they messed up my order no Ranch and not cut in half, the first time they didn’t have any French bread so it had to be on slices wheat waited 10 plus minutes for my sub in store. I have never had any problems with any other Jimmy John’s

Terrible, never again am I ordering here. Food was good but terrible and I mean terrible service. I ordered a sub and a couple cookies. Me and my dad were sitting on the couch just chatting and we hear a bang on our door and we look out the windows and the driver is walking away and flipped us off and drove off. Our sub was under the door. And the cooked are completely smashed.

We ordered for delivery via the app (Saturday night after 8 pm) and one sandwich was not the meat we ordered. I called the store and they brought us the correct sandwich and threw in a cookie . They deserve kudos on making it right very nicely even when it became close to closing time. Thank you!

If you’re wanting to get your sandwich delivered DO NOT ORDER from this one. They never have delivery drivers yet there known for Freaky Fast delivery.
Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Have tried multiple times at different times of the day to get delivery but yet always get a phone call asking if I can come pick it up. If I wanted to or could pick it up I would’ve selected pick up and not delivery.

I visited during the doldrums of the day…. about 3 PM when rarely are fast food places at their best. BUT, I was greeted by outgoing, happy employees who did their very best to make my visit a success.
This is a great sub shop location. The smiles alone are worth the visit but great food makes the trip even better. This place has great food, great employees and plenty of smiles… Well done!
