I had to look closely to find any meat on my gyro.
Fries were cold and soggy, though that might be the fault of the delivery service.
Doesn’t forgive the lettuce gyro with a hint of meat though.
I won’t make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Look, it’s pretty good for what it is. Is it ACTUALLY a 4 star dining experience? Not really. But for a mall food court lunch? It deserves 4 stars.
The restaurant was clean enough (again, mall food court) and had a more private seating area. Our food came out hot, fresh, and relatively quickly. The menu is fairly expansive (burgers, wings, tenders, and sandwiches like a Philly cheesesteak or a Reuben), but it’s all cooked in a grill or in a fryer, so it’s pretty streamlined.
I had the tenders, and they were solid. They let me order a kid size (two tenders and fries), which was nice, as the serving and calorie sizes are pretty large. They even let me choose if I wanted fry seasoning on my fries. I did, and I didn’t regret it. It added the spark of interest frozen fries need.
I hear the wings here are also very good; that’s what my coworker had and she was happy.
Again, manage your expectations and you should hopefully have a nice time.

Their food is always good. They cook to order. Therefore, your food is hot and fresh. The only thing that I don’t like is the fish. They don’t use breading when they’re frying it. The mild sauce is very good.

This location in University Mall has to be under new management. The food is disgusting. I ordered lemon pepper wings, and I am still trying to figure out what I actually received. The online menu is different from the menu in the store. How do you not offer dry lemon pepper wings? Never again. I will only go to the 69 South location from now on. I could have put that $11 to better use. The only reason why I gave one star is because I couldn’t post this review if I didn’t.

I eat here regularly because of my husband and son. However, the mild lemon pepper wings are almost always too salty but my son and husband love them. If they could take them down a notch on the salt, the result would be a lot more regular customers. However, it’s friendly service and kindness that keeps me returning.
The location in the Montgomery area was my first experience and wow. I stop every time I am in the area.
