I stopped by Ameca Restaurant in Marianna and left genuinely impressed. I ordered the Chicken Bonito and the Fajita Taco Salad, and both dishes were excellent — full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The Chicken Bonito was perfectly seasoned, while the Fajita Taco Salad had that satisfying mix of crisp greens, tender meat, and just the right amount of spice.
The atmosphere of the place is cool and comfortable, great for either a quick lunch or a laid-back dinner. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

Attended a small family birthday celebration…been eating here for about 5 years already. Food is as good as ever. Got my usual shrimp quesadilla with rice n beans. A small town so everybody knows each other here n the owner n workers treat everyone like family!

Check your bill!!! They’re adding mandatory 20% tip to bills for tables as few as 5 people, and they will not remove it from bill. It is non negotiable, even if service was questionable. That’s a mandatory tip on a bill for a family, not a group or party. Very questionable billing and mandatory tipping policy.

Queso was watery, menu is not accurate, I tried to order 2 items on menu and was informed they did not have. Fajitas were a joke. The only protein that was normal size was the shrimp. The steak and chicken were cut so thin we had to use a soon to scoop up the tiny pieces or meat.
