My food was of extremely poor quality. The lady who brought it to my car was very nice. Nonetheless the food was poorly made and it was obvious no one cared about the quality. I brought this for the last gathering before my daughter left to the military. I didn’t want to waste more time by coming back to get it all remade because it was ALL of poor quality. The garlic crust was burnt and you couldn’t taste the garlic flavor. There was another pizza and it was dry and unappetizing as well. The breadsticks were dry. I was really shocked since Papa John’s is my favorite. The Twix dessert was the worst of them all. There definitely needs to be quality control at this location.

This is completely burnt pizza. I spoke to the manager and the manager said this is a WELL DONE pizza. This is completely unacceptable. The manager said she would issue my refund. I paid $25.96 for burnt pizza? Unbelievable. I will be expecting my refund. What a terrible food service. They should close this place.

It’s a hit or miss. I’ve ordered from this location many times over the last 4 years. Sometimes it’s good. Then I get bubbly bread and sloppy toppings. 50% of the time. Papa Johns isn’t the same.

I loved it loved it loved it loved it I loved it. The food, delivery time, food, special note for the driver to knock on door because of the rain. You know, contactless delivery where they should put food on pedestal on your front porch/door. The pizza arrived in a timely manner and a knock on the door. Gracias.

I basically order from here because it’s close and none of the papa johns in the area have good reviews. I keep coming back just because I like papa John’s pizza better than Pizza Hut, but last time I ordered from this location I got the saddest pizzas ever. There’s only cheese on the center of the pizza and I was left wondering who took this out of the oven and said, “Yes, this will show our quality and consistency.”

When I order a pizza from this place they leave my pizza on the floor outside. They don’t even knock on the door to let us know the pizza has arrived. I feel like they could at least have the decency to let us know our food is here.

I ordered my pizza and it was supposed to arrive between 5:36pm and 5:46pm. It showed up at 6:11pm. I already knew this was an extremely bad sign. The driver gave it to me and ran as fast as he could. I opened it and the pizza is burnt, cold and hard. I will never recommend Papa John’s to anyone ever again. This is absolutely horrible. Now I have to go out and spend more money to get other food. I want a refund. Worst part is, I’m always extremely generous with the tip for the drivers. $8-$12 tip depending on my order. Horrible, just horrible. Now I have to throw this away. When I contacted them and said I wanted a refund, they refused. Horrible customer service.

I get pizza all the time from different pizza places and never had a pizza look this way . I asked for extra sauce because I don’t eat cheese but as you can see it’s nowhere to be found along with all my toppings are burnt . I called the restaurant all the lady could recommend is a “discount “ on my food . Her excuse for it looking this was because it got “cold” when the driver got the pizza . Like why would you sell something that’s cold and I would never order from here ever again poor customer service .

I ordered spicy buffalo wings. It is like they just poured a tiny amount of sauce on them right before they went out the door. It should have been placed in a bowl and tossed to cover the entire wings. Majority of wings had no sauce and underside had no sauce at all. Very disappointed and a total waste of money. It seems they were just being lazy to send food out that way. Papa John’s is usually our go to but not anymore.

Everything is great I order Pizza Hut they never showed so I order papa johns they got here first lol I’m still waiting on the Hut and it was fresh bit more on the money side but it was worth it
