Rollo’s Flautas food truck is absolutely amazing! The service is very kind, welcoming, and efficient, and you can truly feel the love put into every order. The owner is so sweet and incredibly passionate about what she does. She genuinely cares about her customers and even asks for feedback so she can learn how everyone likes their food and how everything tastes which really shows her dedication.

OMG their food is the bomb!! Everything is made fresh and home made from scratch!! The lady is so sweet and you can tell she is very passionate about her food! I will be stopping by there more often. Room for semis to come in and turn around and grab some food to go. Definitely a must try!!!!

Stopped by today because my usual taco truck was closed. I am so glad they were because I got to experience this amazing food and customer service. The lady working the front actually came down to greet me and explain their menu. She was the sweetest and you can tell how much she cares for this truck. She was nice enough to include a small side of guacamole and asked kindly for me to try it with my tacos. ( It was some great guacamole ) When I got home these tacos looked and tasted amazing. You can see and taste the love and passion put into this food, from the home made corn tortillas to the flavorful salsa and very fresh meat. On top of all that they have churros too!? This is going to be my new taco spot 10/10!

BEST BIRRIA FLAUTAS!! I tried the birria flautas sooo delicious, the ribeye steak tacos with homemade flours with option of flour or corn and IT IS SOO GOOD!! Also tried the papa de chorizo flautas, and lastly the best, DELICIOUS CHURROS! The owners are so kind and generous, appreciate the amazing customer service! It’s side off highway , outdoor in such clean environment, lights outside at night.10/10

This Place is AMAZING!! Food is delicious tortillas are homemade and everything tasted authentic. The meat was litreally falling apart tender!! I tried the pozole and fell in love the soup was perfect for this cold weather the portion was great. The Customer Service was above and beyond they explained the menu to me told me how food was cooked what was popular and even gave recommendations. This place is a hidden Gem . If you like taco trucks this one is definitely tied with Number one on my list of food trucks in New Braunfels!!

8year old-> Service was fast and the lady was really nice. Some flys around me when I was eating were annoying but it’s okay.
Adult-> Meat had a ton of flavor, tasted fresh off the grill, very good serving size, higher end of pricing for the type of food but the quality was there to reflect it.

Delicious! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Perfect amount of crispyness and filling in the flautas. If you order to go they give you all the toppings you can imagine. They have a flautas deal on Wednesdays. The owners are so warm and sweet. They also have so many options I can’t wait to go back for they’re breakfast!

Came and got the beef birria tacos on corn and it was delicious! The horchata was delicious as well. The owner was super friendly and attentive. Would recommend and come back in the future!

Driving through and found this place, definitely a hidden gem. The people were friendly and the food is amazing. Everything seems to be made to order so you wont be dissatisfied. Breakfast tacos were delicious, so stop and judge for yourself.

I was on the road looking for a non chain restaurant when I passed this little food truck. The outside look festive so I figured I would do the turnaround and check it out. I’m glad I did! Everything is expensive nowadays so I was not shocked by the price. I paid $14 for my plate (birria flautas). It is absolutely fantastic! All of the tortillas are homemade! I do want to point out that I got mine to go, so all of the stuff was on the side instead of it being all pretty! The service was very lovely, she made sure I had everything I needed. The only thing I would suggest that’s missing is a fan when it’s (usually) hot weather. Other than that, this is a great little spot that I hope others find and enjoy!
