Chipotle food is decent. You know what you’re getting as far as good goes. The service at the West Salem location may be some of the worst I’ve experienced. Many high school aged workers who didn’t seem to care to be there and had little to no customer service skills. A little training could go a long way.

It’s chipotle, so the taste is as expected. The service, however, is disappointing. The last two times I’ve been they basically threw each item at the burrito with no regard for amount, as if they were being timed per customer. I get the state of the world and low wages, but why treat your customers poorly? Won’t be much of a job if it flops… just show care for the person in front of you, as long as they aren’t rude.. seems like the bare minimum at least.

Chipotle is what you’d expect. The food is good. When we first came here, the food was exceedingly salty. I’m not sure what had happened, but that’s pretty much all you could taste. Since then, it’s gotten better. It’s nice to not have to drive all the way over the bridge to go get Chipotle. I wish the parking lot didn’t suck so much.

We’ve given lots of grace for this particular Chipotle. The chips for the last several time have been day old at best. Stale and chewy at best!! Tonight we decided to give them another try. Unfortunately they failed in multiple levels.
We called the 1800 number first. Dealt with AI for approximately 4 mins of circling before we actual got sent to the store. (West Salem Chipotle)
It rang about 7 or 8 times then disconnected.
We drove down to the store to have a conversation about customer service and quality of rhe food we had been given tonight. Forgot about the last few times that shipped sailed but this was the last straw so to speak.
The young lady said to call the 1800 number they couldn’t do anything. We asked for them to check there over priced stale chips so that they were aware. They refused because they were busy. We said, “I’m sure your customers would like fresh chips, so check them please” they refused. They gave us a number to call.
They told us, they could refund 1 bag of chips. ROFLAO not even both bags of chips.
We are so done, and won’t be utilizing Chipotle. Scott Boatwright if you even care about the experience us as customers are experiencing please reach out to me!! Otherwise enjoy what time you have left as CEO. Very Disappointed after dropping $118.25.

I paid over $50 for a burrito that’s practically a quarter of the size it should be, tacos that are almost all tortilla, and refrigerator temperature cold food that is absolutely deplorable and not acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle to my worst enemy. Seriously don’t go here unless you want some snake oil food. Thanks for nothing.

This is not the Chipotle we’ve known for years. After several trials with the same result, it’s time to say something. The portions have not only been reduced, I’d call them paltry at best. I had to search through my bowl for the less than 1/3 C of meat. I paid 2.75 extra for guacamole and got maybe two tablespoons. The food is not bad, just no longer worth the higher price.

This Chipotle location is the worst. Come here if you want a place that forgets to add the meat to your order, runs out of cheese, and ignores you for several minutes before acknowledging you.
Save yourself the issues and just drive the extra 10 minutes to the Lancaster location.

Second time in my life to have Chipotle. Ordered online and went to pick up. Still have to wait like 20 mins. That’s a given since the store is new and still unorganized but oh man!!! The Double protein bowl was so spicy ️ and I love spicy food but this is too much. My husband said he was looking at the guy who was preparing the food and he just keep going with seasoning basically dumping the seasoning to the meat. This probably would be my last to eat Chipotle.

Okay to preface, I am not a picky eater, I never have been and I’m super easy going. (I understand that also not everyone has the same taste)
This is the second time I have ordered doordash from this location, the first time I ordered a burrito bowl and it looked pretty good but when I tasted it was unbelievably salty, it was like I had licked a salt block, I figured I’d stir it up thinking maybe they just didn’t salt the meat evenly, nope the meat itself was so salty I ended up taking it all out which left me with rice and salsa. I was pretty disappointed but I thought I’d wait a few months and give it another try.
This time when I ordered, I added another salsa to it and got a different meat, I wanted to try the place again and see if it was just a mistake last time. It was not, the food I got today was so spicy that I took a bite and my lips immediately were burning and instant acid reflux. I usually love all the spicy foods and I was shocked.
Moral of the story, just go to a different location or try Qdoba on commercial st.

Just like everyone says. Portions are microscopic at this location. Location in keizer is worth the drive honestly. Asked for everything in my bowl- white and brown rice, black and pinto beans, double barbacoa, every salsa, peppers. And the bowl is still somehow only half full. It’s walking distance to my house but I’ll still drive to any other location. Can’t lie though the people are very kind.
