We had a wonderful dinner at Nocciola! We enjoyed the ambience on the outdoor terrace, the pork chop, bolognese, scallops, salad, and short rib. Excellent service. The wine menu is a bit small and lacking, but the cocktails were very lovely.

We got a last-minute seating at the bar at Nicciola and I’ll tell you it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time I had the vegetable lasagna and boy was it creamy and full of peas and broccoli and vegetables, but the star of the night Was the fish. My daughter got the roasted branzini And I’ll tell you, it was the best bite I’ve ever had. The people were happy they made room for us my salad, which was excellent as well. Will definitely bring me back to this establishment. I wish I could’ve shaken that cooks hand and said bravo. Was the best Christmas present. Thank you for an epic experience Pietro the owner was on hand. Everyone and the vibe was just so positive it was catching. Thank you.

Honestly, I didn’t expect anything, one way or the other. We walked over from our hotel one someone else’s recommendation. So glad we did! Scallops are very bit as good as others have said. Pastas reminded us of some of the best we had in Italy and New York – especially when stuffed with butternut squash and chestnut. So good! Beef cheeks were amazing.. Next time, I’ll run, not walk. Only thing is: I have to double my workout tomorrow!

Came here for my 30th and everything from food to service to ambience was phenomenal. My favorite was the quail! Dined with an Italian (who is a bit of a snob when it comes to his country’s cuisine) and even he was impressed. Wish it was closer to home. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Ojai.

So they got this thing called the Chef’s tasting course. Be prepared as these aren’t tapas style dishes. No complaint on my end though. What I can say is that every..single..bite.. was outstanding. From the thinly sliced lamb to the Amaretto infused ice cream, the $65 was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and our dishes came out in a timely matter.

Out of this world good! The pasta dishes were incredible… we had the seafood pasta and the bolognese. We also had their soup special, scallops and salad. Everything was on point. I love how they converted the house into the restaurant, it made it feel so homey. Such a great experience, will definitely be coming back!

Loved this place for its ambiance, good food, and attentive staff. They built a covered patio during COVID for outdoor dining. The patio is divided into 4 sections, separated by wood railings and, thus, so are most of the tables. There were plenty of tempting offerings in its menu, but we ordered the specials, lobster ravioli with a delicate curry sauce and snapper on a bed of spinach and mushrooms. Both were well prepared and large portions.
