We came here to celebrate my 30th birthday. The atmosphere was really lovely and it was very elegant inside. Overall, it was a good experience. I am taking a star off because we ordered the arancini (at the recommendation of our server), but it was somewhat frozen inside. We also ordered the tenderloin which was very good and cooked perfectly. I think I’d still recommend this restaurant to others, but I’d be a little bit hesitant to go here for another special occasion.

Always wanted to try this place and finally got a chance! The ambiance and service was great, and I liked its not too loud in the dining room and its very easy to have conversation with people.
The food and cocktail was overall great, I enjoyed everything ordered. However I do think the price is a bit high for the type of food and portion being served. There are definitely efforts being put into making the food more elevated but I think there’s still room for improvement.

What a fabulous location, food and service are the forefront for the experience. Upon welcome they made you feel at ease. The ambiance is sleek and clean, the lighting romantic and the food spectacular. Had our anniversary dinner here as a first time visit, will be going back for sure ! My husband and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at Noir and were highly impressed by the welcome we received! We arrived at our table to a beautiful Happy Anniversary card and were then served 2 complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate. Our server made great suggestions and was so lovely from start to finish. Our food came quite quickly which was great because we couldn’t wait to try the Arancini appetizer and the delicious, tasty steak and sides. Thank-you for such a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

Have a small birthday dinner for a friend here today. The place is beautiful decorated, very chic and cozy. The host was very pleasant and friendly. Food and drink was superb. We really enjoyed the food and ambiance.
I had the wagyu burger and fries. It was very tasty. The meat was grilled medium well which I wanted and have the smokey from the grill. Fries was crispy and seasoned well with some graded parmesan cheese. Really recommend this place.

The atmosphere at NOIR Kitchen + Bar is absolutely beautiful — nicely lit with a warm, cozy vibe that makes the whole experience feel special and inviting.
Our party ended up arriving quite late, but our server was incredibly kind and gracious. She gently kept us on track since another party was coming in after us, yet still took the time to acknowledge our friend’s birthday, which meant a lot.
The whole team at Noir truly cares, and it shows in every part of the experience.
I also have very specific food requirements at the moment, and they accommodated them without hesitation. As this was my first time dining out since my food requirements changed, I really appreciated how easy they made the ordering process.
