Ruined my dinner. The pizza is over done, the pineapple is just clumped mostly in the center. It’s like they forgot to add the jalapeño and added it after it was done, or almost. The jalapeños were just sitting on the pizza. Not even baked into the cheese. AND, it was done way before my pick up time of 9:15 because the pizza and wings weren’t even hot anymore. Worst Papa John’s experience I have ever had.

This location was awesome. I came in with a request to have pizzas delivered two days in a row to my son’s school not only did they get the order correct but they got it on time. The young lady who helped me name was Brandy. She was very professional, and she made sure that all of my needs were met to include having an order prepared outside of their normal business operating hours.

The pizza and breadsticks that we ordered were old and hard. We threw them away. Because they were so hard we could barely chew them. It was disgusting… this place should be ashamed to be selling food in this condition. I took pictures and will be contacting the pertinent authorities about this incident. Because of course they will not give me a refund for the crap food they sold me. Stay away from this place!

Do not order from them if you’re wanting anything out of THEIR ordinary. Want square cut pizza? Too bad! They’re in autopilot and don’t read instructions. Want extra sauce? Too bad! They’ll decide to put LESS than normal for you. Want your pizza on time and hot? Too bad! They’ll make sure you’re last in line and of course you’re expected to tip BEFORE delivery. I can’t wait for AI and robots to take over the food industry. It’ll actually get things right.

We ordered pizza and other items. Pizza was hard and old and so was the bread. The wings were cold and looked like they have been seating around for a while. So gross. Will never order anything from this place again. Thanks for ruining our night.

I really think that kindness and respect is everything in a Restaurant.. I had a little bad experience in my Pizza.. I went the next day to explain the main manager.. and both managers were very polite and kind.. I got some wings instead of the New Pizza and gave me soda too! Gabriel went out of his way to replace our order with a fresh order. Door dash took their time with our order so we had received cold pizza. I called, spoke to Gabriel and he assisted me with a new order right away. Very happy with the service. Hard to find these days.

30+ minutes for a delivery that gets made once they order it. It took me 10 minutes to get there and I still waited 30 minutes. I’ve been a manager at Marcos pizza and I know it should never take this long. Very poor management working here
