Placed a mobile order, and when I arrived the entire restaurant was empty during a lunch rush. This should’ve been my first warning about this experience. I ordered a carnitas salad, and when I opened the bowl up there was probably no more than 5-10 leaves of lettuce at all. 5-10 leaves… FOR A SALAD. In addition to the salad greens, they also skimped out majorly on the fajita veggies. I will give credit where it’s due that they were generous with guac and carnitas. Additionally, a few of the soda fountain options did not work as they just shot out soda water. Utensils counter was gross beyond belief. You’re better off going to the Dresher location or El limon. Also the chipotle vinaigrette I ordered barely had any in it. We miss the days of late 00’s- early 10’s Chipotle, bring them back!

Smallest portion I’ve ever had from a chipotle.
You would think they would have made it a significant size being that I had to go back into return the first takeout order because they gave me the wrong items. Sad shameful and I won’t come back.
I saw the low rating of this location before ordering and I should have paid more attention.
Next time I will trust the reviews.
Lucky I was only getting takeout mobile order cause my child was sleeping in the car and I didn’t have to drive home and come back.
Shameful.

Edit: Second Visit

Oh my! I went back to give this place another chance and I can safely say, I will never return. There is always someone different working there; they are all worse than the last. This gem of an employee thinks, and please the key word here is thinks, she is sneaky and smart. She was purposely putting on small amounts of pretty much everything that I was asking for on my burrito. The only reason I can think of, other than that she owns Chipotle(**laughs**), is that she doesn’t want to bother refilling anything; hence why my steak was literally bone dry(see pic). Not to mention how flat and un”fill” my burrito was a joke for almost $17 (see pic). And an added bonus was catching the girl, as I was walking up, holding the temp control device against the metal of the food vat rather than the actual food to pass the most likely regulated temp standard for Chipotle food; all because again, she didnt want to switch out the food. I know a 6 year old child with more work ethic that this employee. Hire better people cause seriously, they all suck consistently and I am sitting here with an absolute stomach ache and feel sick again! This is the second time in a row I feel sick going to this location.

AVOID this location. Hope they all get laid off and they can somehow reset this place because its disgraceful and disgusting. It makes Chipotle look terrible and should not be open.

I do not know what’s going on at this location, but every time I get something, the quality it worse.

I’m not sure if they got a bunch of new hires, but something is off.

Just ate there again, and not only do I feel sick, but as I was eating, the guacamole tasted like someone poured a pound of salt in it, not you mention the huge chunk of hard guacamole in my burrito(see picture), the brisket (meat) was almost non existent and taste was unsatisfying.

I don’t know what is going on but less quality, more expensive, and what seems like a non caring group of employees(extremely salty guacamole(seriously someone knew they made this wrong and didn’t care)is a sure-fire way for a business to fail.

My parents ordered food for me here ay around 8:30pm. The serving was soooo small.. like kid’s size serving. The burrito was not wrapped properly, the food were spilling. My mom said something about the serving and the way the burrito was wrapped but they ignored her and they didn’t even give the receipt.

Found this in my burrito bowl. I didn’t notice this until I took bites of my food and felt something hard. Looks like hard plastic pieces so not sure if something broke while cooking. I tried calling Chiptole to let them know but you can’t really get a hold of anyone. Take caution eating here.

I eat at this location probably twice a week since I work in the mall. Today I was extremely disappointed. I believe there needs to be a lesson taught on the portions of food given. Every single person in there makes the bowls, burrito’s etc different. Today my bowl barely has food in it. I say food and not just meat because the bowl is basically empty. Yes I saw the person make it but if I ask for more of something we (customers) receive attitude or told that there will be an up-charge. I did not want to pay extra for a few more items. I will not be returning for a while will be traveling up the street to Qdoba.

Ordered a burrito bowl from their app and they sent me tacos. Would have just went and got the right order if I wasn’t at work but I called and ofc I get customer service and not the actual restaurant. Told me they couldn’t send me the right order and I would have to reorder again and wait for my refund. This Chipotle has always been ghetto but ts just the closest one onto my job. Since I can’t get in contact with the store through a normal phone call I’ll leave my message here. Teach your employees how to read the difference between tacos and a burrito bowl, it’s fast food not rocket science. I know the job does not require any kind of education but this is simple.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been too. The manager was yelling at a female co worker and Cursing the entire time we were there eating. Super unprofessional. The bathroom was disgusting. Needs to be cleaned badly. Food was sitting for a long time not fresh when you walk up to counter. Then when you eat there are nats flying around. They have to get some better staff or at least a new manager there asap.

Wow I wish I had looked at the reviews here earlier… This location by far gives me the least amount of food in my bowls esp when ordering online. There was even a time where I had almost no meat in mine. Someone must be training these people this way on purpose.

I’ve already greatly limited me going there but now I’ve sworn not to go there ever again since these issues are happening to everyone.
Do better.

I walked in and got my lunch this afternoon on 12/09/25. The guy who served me looked like he had just finished training and hadn’t been on the job very long. He tried to give me as little food as possible, and when he finished preparing my lunch, the bowl was only about half full. I believe the new employees are being trained to serve less food in order to increase profit per serving.

I know Chipotle has been having financial issues as their stock price has dropped. Now it feels like they’re stuck in a bizarre loop: lower profits lead them to cut portions, smaller portions drive customers away, and that only worsens their financial problems.

Since the pandemic, things have just gotten worse and worse. For the first time, I actually feel like I hope they go out of business, because they’re no longer able to compete with other restaurants in terms of service.
