Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it isn’t. The “warranty” they offer on the food is basically 20% off or a free medium pizza. I dont see that as much of an offer when I get a large specialty pizza. So no they won’t make it right.

Placed an order online, but was about 20-30 minutes late picking it up, because I got held up at work.
When I arrived, there were several employees behind the counter, working, but none of them so much as said “Hi,” or “Welcome to Domino’s!” I would understand if they were slammed, but they had 3 people actually working, and 4 more just standing around. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes and no one even attempted to help me. Finally, I said I announced I had a pickup order, one of the staff got it down, and I left.
The pizzas weren’t placed in a warmer, so they were cold by the time I got home. I popped them in the oven for about 10 minutes, and they were fine after that.
Very disappointed with the level of service I received, especially since they weren’t busy at the time I arrived.

Ordered 3 pizzas had them delivered 2 were not cut at all anywhere and my barbecue chicken pizza was made wrong. Tried to call was on the phone for 8 mins I finally hung up, my wife called got put on hold for even longer, she finally went to the app reported it was wrong on the app and all dominos offered was a free medium 2 topping pizza which didn’t cover the speciality pizza that got messed up she finally was able to call again and got a answer from someone complaining about being the only one in the store they got pizza falling out of the oven so they need to put her on hold she interrupted saying her pizza was wrong he said he would make a new one and have it delivered. It’s been over a hr since then and nothing. Just sat on the phone another 13 mins to find out it will be here in 10 mins. I don’t know what’s going on I’m really concerned about if I ever will order from them again. I’m sure my food will be cold when it gets here if yall could fix it or make it right I’ll remove my review and not call the BBB.

Xavier the driver was absolutely sweet and wonderful and a GREAT help. Dominos sent me my pizza and it was burnt and thrown around in the box like someone dropped it. So I sent it back. Got a call from the MGR who was rude and short over the phone. I ordered my pizza like that because my kid has allergies btw, so maybe mister manager don’t be a douche next time. Thanks.

I ordered the 19.99 special, when I got there he charged me $33. I said I ordered the 19.99 deal, he said I had ordered an extra pizza and extra cinnamon twist. Who’s I had not!! Anyway, he was very rude and acted like I had ticked him off, he said to do my Parmesan bread would take another 8 minutes. I had 3 kids and company coming. So to took what he had there and left. I will never order from them again and will not give them a recommendation.

Order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I order. Worst dominos that I know of. Every single time they have to remake it and usually the remake is wrong as well. Train your people better and hold them accountable!! UPDATE!!! Was contacted my general manager and offered $45 IN store credit. Wont fix every mistake made by this store but its a start. Then today, after awhile, order my first pizza in awhile and go to the store to use my in store credit to purchase it TO NO AVAIL. Woman behind the counter has zero knowledge of anything owed to me by anyone and wouldn’t give any food owed. I guess they can throw it in the trash along with their customer base.

The store called and asked if I would like to change my order because they was out of chicken. I was not told that there would be an up charge nor was I told that my order would be voided. When we went in to fix the order after them saying I could order the other pizza and it was fine. The manager rolled his eyes at us and was very rude. Mind you there was no curse words exchange we just simply wanted to know why they could not of warned us of the .50 cent charge before voiding the card. They had the number to call because they just called. So now it will take 3 to 5 days to refund the money and we walked out with no food and none of our money. The last manager that was there was very nice and fixed mess ups these managers are rude and try to screw people over. Maybe the older gentleman that walked out was correct when he said “maybe you ladies will have better luck than me.” Because tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had with dominos! I wish I could give zero stars!!! It was a large order 8 pizzas to be exact but they couldn’t help in no way. And laughed when we asked for corporates number.

Placed order on line at 7:20 for delivery (against my better judgment). Ordered 3 pizzas & one salad. The tracker kept me informed & she arrived with our order at 8:34. I realize they are probably busy so the time didn’t bother me until she forgot our salad & returned at 8:42 with the salad. We still tipped even though it took so long. Only thing I can recommend is do CARRY OUT not DELIVERY!
