One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The beef was fresh, juicy and seasoned very well. The bun was nice and soft. The smoked cheese and sauce on the burger were delicious! Definitely a return visit.

Great experience at So Burger! The service was excellent—the worker was friendly and welcoming. While we were waiting for our food, the men working there even made us fajita sandwiches to try, which was such a nice surprise and tasted amazing. That extra touch really made the wait enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Burgers were wrong and not toppings we ordered. I found the bun good. My girlfriend said her burger was cold. She ended up throwing up all night
Fries taste like old costco fries but feel like all crust
Onion rings had almost no onion and were mostly burnt.
Wait was 20 min so at that point wasnt gonna go back and get the burgers fixed as baby was sleeping in car.

Tried the burger and fries during the $5 burger deal.
Fries were delicious and I was actually impressed with the flavour of the burger; different than any burger i’ve had before at a fast food chain. Portion size was also good. Wait time was a bit long but at least the food was made to order and nice and hot!
However, the regular prices are too high for me and I don’t think i’ll return unless they have another deal.

I recently visited So Burger in the Hamilton area, and it was an exceptional experience! I will start with the moment I entered to the restaurant the place have a very moldy smell I guess from the mob they have to look after this

The light and atmosphere it is really really below what I was expecting. We have to work on the lighting.
Cashier was a nice guy, but it took me half an hour exactly 33 minutes to receive two big burgers
The burger was good I like it
But I do not recommend the fries guys. You need to work on your fries and make it less oily I couldn’t really take it at all. Overall the food is good, but you guys need to work a little bit on the surface and on the atmosphere.
I just noted one thing the staff keep keep picking up fries from the fryer and eat it while they’re working. I guess this is something also has to be improved

They came through in a pinch. Going to a friend’s for dinner and bringing stacked potatoes to add to the table but I burnt them! Called So Burger and placed an order for 3 large potato wedge servings. Cooked quick and fresh – they were yummy and included a really good dipping sauce as well. Thanks!
