Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. We had a birthday party for a gal in town. She thought only 7 people were coming and we ended up with 12. We were told we could not push tables together so I asked to move. We had to move ourselves and get our own silverware. The waitress RUDELY shut the door to the room we were in stating “you are very loud.” Yes, we were celebrating a birthday. Food was fine.

I’m not a huge fan of places like Perkins, iHop, Denny’s, or Frying Pan. They all just seem dirty to me. During a work trip to Marshall, I was reminded why.
My food was actually pretty good, I got the hibachi fried chicken skillet. My co-workers were split. One got a soup that they said was pretty generic tasting like something out of a can and the other said his meal was good.
Service was good, no complaints there.
This location needs some TLC. I could tell right from walking in, the exterior has degraded. The dining area was in pretty good condition but they say you can judge the cleanliness of a kitchen by looking at the bathroom. In this case I hope that’s not true because the bathroom had some of the strangest things going on I’ve ever seen in a restaurant.
If the building had been cleaner and kept up this would have been one of the better experiences I’ve had at the above mentioned restaurants, in impeccable shape, this would have been a 4 star review but instead I can’t get the image of that toilet out of my head.

Took the family out for breakfast. Very poor food quality. Country fried steak was burned to a crisp. Muffin was hard on top. Scrambled eggs were overcooked as well. Server seemed annoyed when I said my food was burned. Will not be going back anytime soon.

We eat at Perkins twice a week and we were there last night and it was filthy. Entryway was all full of salt, floor was so dirty, you need new carpet, tables and booths were sticky, your blinds are filthy, and our sandwich which we split was a mess, mayo was slopped on, tomatoes were end pieces and yellow and our bill with a tip was 27.00, can’t imagine the price if we would of each had a sandwich. Your muffin case has been broken for a long time and do you ever have rolls? I asked our waiter what they do from 8:30 till 10 he said once done mopping we hang out, better start cleaning. If the cleanliness doesn’t improve we will not be coming back, sorry if it comes to that. Hope you can get this issue solved.

Not from the area…. But Perkins is usually good…. And it was just as good as any other Perkins…. No complaints…. Good food, especially breakfast…. The “triple dare” is always awesome…..

The service was good but they were out of many items on the menu. My burger I ended up with was very dry and was not very good. My husband said his omelet was also disappointing. We used to love their food but last night was really not up to par. Might consider other choices next time.
