This place has great employees, the reason for 2 stars is because the water they use to make coffee is absolutely rancid tasting. Idk just tastes bad and t makes the coffee undrinkable, I do not come here anymore unfortunately, there are plenty of starbucks in the area for them to be having such problem

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a rude worker, telling a customer he looks stupid for waiting for his order??, took over 10 minutes just to get two sandwiches, I can honestly see why this location is empty

I was trying to order macchiato and a small cup of whip cream for my doggie. She claims they discontinued selling whip cream. I told her to charge I’m not asking for free one. Idk why you can’t sell it even tho it’s on your menu.

I ordered two coffees, and after waiting for a while, the cashier told me it would take 15 minutes, so I asked why she didn’t tell me first. After a few minutes, I ordered two more drinks, and even though there was something that needed to be prepared in the front, she went to the back and prepared the drinks and brought them. I suspect she did something in them.

There was plenty of staff, but not enough food or even donuts. Very friendly staff and the order was timely, but very disappointing that a donut shop had no donuts or bagels by noon.

Half of the time, there are no donuts available, but their customer service is embarrassing. Seriously, EMBARRASSING AND TERRIBLE, came here at 4:18, seven corner location just in case, so you know who’s at the counter and need to be retraining on how to greet customer and some manner as well. Never back agian.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dunkin’ Donuts has lost me as a customer after my visit to them at 7 am on 5/19. As I was waiting for my food I stood there and watched the lady who was doing all the food prep I observed that she was not wearing a mask. Additionally she touched her face multiple times. I tried to contact corporate with no reply. This is absolutely unacceptable given current health concerns for the general public. Every establishment I’ve visited during this time has made sure every employee is wearing a mask, even if they are not coming in contact with food. This is completely negligent of the employee, the store manager and the establishment. After observing this for about 5 minutes I ended up just walking out without my food and without the $10 I had spent for it. I will never return.
