They are amazing crispy fries awesome flavor in every smash burger I’ve tried. Always happy to take an order. Newer food truck that seams to work like a well oiled machine. I’ve tried other smash burger trucks but they all seam like imposters in comparison. Keep up the great work /food and if you walk past them you’re missing out!

I made a comment in a post about this place on a FB post that I didn’t like the taste of the burgers. Jake from Smash Republic saw it and commented to come in and try it again on him. I normally don’t like doing this. But I was in the area and decided to give it another try. Jake was there and was very awesome. He fixed me up with a double smash burger and fries. In my first time there I smothered the burger in their sauce. This time I ate it plain. It was incredible. Very juicy and tasty without loading it with sauce. I like a business that believes in their product like this. I highly recommend Smash Republic now. I’ll be eating there regularly. Thanks Jake.

It was my first opportunity to try tallow fries. I’m picky about fries and half expected “soggy”natural cut potatoes. They were So crispy, perfectly seasoned and served piping hot with a tasty sauce. Service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Since I moved to Oregon from Texas I’ve had a hard time finding really good food and this place definitely checks that box. Crinkle fries have never really been my jam but the tallow fries here are something special and the sauce has just the right amount of punch to cut through the juicy burger. Pickles are top notch too, every facet of what they’re going hits home. Highly recommend you go check it out, probably once a week actually lol

I went this past weekend with my husband and some friends, and it was our first time there. The food was EXCELLENT! You can immediately tell how much love they put into their cooking. They use high quality ingredients, and the special sauce is so, so, so good!
Highly recommend it. I didn’t take any photos this time, but I’ll definitely be back soon and will share them next time.
