Ordered in app. App said it was ready for pickup. Arrived 20 minutes later and was told they had not even started on it. That it would be another 20 min. While waiting noticed they marked as picked up in the app. 36 minutes later got my food. The food was great. The people were OK. Just unacceptable to lie in the app and then take almost double the time to get my order.

Ordered from this location a few weeks ago only to get home and find that they messed up my whole order. I called the store and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager and was promised a refund as well as to be put in the system for a free repeat order. Two weeks after that I realized I never received my refund so I called and asked for a manager to let them know the young man that answered told me he was management only to explain everything and him to tell me “let me get my manager so you can tell her”. Fast forward to today I called to redeem my repeat order only to be told “we don’t do that”. I recommend not wasting time spending money at this location and better training for the entire staff.

Call because my order was completely wrong. The manager stated since it was carry out and I used my papa John reward and a coupon to cover some of the cost there was nothing they can do but remake it. I explained unfortunately I will not be about to go back up there. Then she offered for it to be delivered. I explained they do not deliver to my house. We ordered 2 small pizzas. The order was correct and delivered on time. When we started eating our pizza we discovered that both pizzas were undercooked. The dough was half raw. We had to put them in the air fryer to get the dough cooked. I called the store manager in the Chalmette store and it seemed like he couldn’t care less. I told him we didn’t want replacement pizzas, we just wanted him to be aware of the undercooked dough. He said he was sorry and he would be on the lookout in the future. We’ve never had any problems before with our pizzas. We are disappointed this tine.

I watched a woman preparing pizza stop touch and answer her phone..while continueing to make pizza. Not washing her hands. Watched someone grab pizza to eat and come back to handle the dough without washing his hands. Only good thing the person on register was super friendly.
