I am a fan of the original location, so when I found out they opened a location in north Dallas, I was excited to try it out. This location is definitely more spacious and better lit than the original. This location has its own appeal. The original is cozy and intimate while this one is more modern and spacious. If you like simple tasty burgers, then this is the place for you. You have the option to add additional toppings, however, the simplicity of the burgers is what I like about Maple and Motor.
My family and I ordered a hamburger, 2 cheeseburgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers have the option of pink or no pink. The burger patties are big in size, about 7 ounces before cooking. Something to keep in mind, the pickles used here is chopped like relish and not whole pickle slices. The buns are soft with a slight crisp around the edges. The beef patties have a salt and pepper seasoning which keeps it simple and allows you to taste the burger patties. The fries are crispy and come with ground black pepper, so if you don’t like that, you may want to ask them to exclude it. The onion rings are well breaded and crispy. Not too oily.
Each burger is about $12 which is a very nice price considering how big and filling they are. This place tastes just like the original location and I’ll definitely come here again.

Came in on a Friday night really excited to finally try this place since so many people recommended it. Ordering was super easy. You pay first, grab a number, and head to your table.
My beer was perfectly icy cold, and since it wasn’t very busy, we snagged a booth right away. The food runners were really nice and attentive, and the burgers came out fast. The portions were huge, which was awesome.
That said, the burger itself didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I wasn’t a fan of the bun because it felt a little flat and too buttery, and the meat didn’t have much seasoning. I added bacon, and honestly that ended up being the main flavor I could taste. Overall, it was an okay burger, just not my favorite.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and in the description it did say that it’s one of the options on the menu that cardiologists would approve of it is indeed a very healthy looking sandwich BUT ALSO A PRETTY WONDERFUL BLAST OF FLAVORS IN YOUR MOUTH. the grilled chicken was not dry and salted just nice. the fries and tater tots were crunchy still when they got to our table. My husband ordered the Jeff , which is a gigantic burger with all the works in it. The bacon slices in them will be crunching with every bite you take of that burger. All in all a wonderful experience on a weeknight.

This is a place I forget to go to mostly because it’s not close but it’s definitely worth the trip. This was their second location their first one is still there in the original building. The second one is just as good. I love the uncomplicated menu, you go there for burgers and that’s what you get. They do have a couple of other options but let’s face it you’re going to a burger place to get a burger! They have a wide variety of drinks an adult beverages. My last visit I ran into the owner and he’s always upbeat positive and he’s there working and running things. I happen to have a Meat Church hoodie on that day and he even told me a story about the guy who runs the Meat Church YouTube channel and how the name came to be. Great place great food.

HUGE BURGERS! I love this burger place. The meat is so juicy and honestly I couldn’t even finish my burger. 10/10! I had the cheese burger and my son had a plain cheese burger. Neither one of us finished and we had onion rings and tater tots. So much food for all of us and it was so good! Highly recommended this place.

Oh, my goodness! These are the biggest hamburgers ever. Half a pound of quality beef patty. Two choices…with cheese or without. I can handle that. Of course there are other offerings,but for your first visit try the burgers. .

Really solid burgers. I actually liked the fries even better. The N. Dallas location is a bit weird as it obviously was previously a bank but whatever. It’s fine. I love the original location downtown. My only gripe is 70 bucks for a family of four with no drinks is pretty steep. 4 burgers and 2 orders of fries. It’s good, don’t get me wrong, but definitely not a place most can afford to go often. Update: reply to owner response – yes, 3 cheeseburgers, 1 double cheeseburger and 2 fries with zero drinks came to $70 with tax and tip.

Had dinner with some of the team last night and I was craving BBQ or burgers…Duane mentioned we’d probably get some BBQ with James at some point this week so off I went in search of a good burger not too far from us…pulled up several lists and this place showed up on a couple of them as having one of the best burgers in the DFW area…The Parsons St location has been open 3.5 months according to Ray (I think the GM)…everyone was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had…I couldn’t order just one thing so I got a trifecta of Fried Baloney/Chicken Fried Steak/Hamburger with sides of Onion Rings and Tater Tots…all of it was amazing but if I had to pick a favorite, just barely, that Fried Baloney sandwich was the bees knees! Super casual spot with fantastic food! If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!
