Food and service was amazing! Our waitress was spot on! Don’t know her name as we couldn’t hear it. She couldn’t have done anymore for us. Great job!!! Tables were tight. We bumped chairs with table behind us. But worst of all the music was extremely loud. Couldn’t talk to the person next to us. Definitely need to lower the microphone or vocals could definitely be a 5 star restaurant if you did love the bloody Mary’s

Stopped by Lager Haus (412 Route 390, Tafton) tonight — wow! Tara at the bar/service was AMAZING. I had the French Dip (8 oz roast beef + melted provolone + juice sauce + homemade chips) — pure perfection. My bride’s Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread? Equally incredible.
Food? ✅ Service? ✅ Ambience? ✅ Drinks? You can’t beat the prices. I had my Bombay on the rocks; she had her wine. Great music, great vibe, great people.

It was warm and lively when I entered while the band was playing. They greeted me right away and was very helpful. I had the bacon aioli and asked for medium. Spot on! Juicy and packed with flavor. If you’re in the area don’t skip this spot! 5 outta 5 and affordable too!

Spent Saturday afternoon at a great bar, The Lager Haus. We sat at the bar and started with mussels fra diavlo which were delicious. The sauce was spicy and the mussels tender. Then we got the cheesesteak with fries. The cheesesteak was filled with steak and cheese, couldn’t eat the whole thing. The fries were seasoned and crispy. I got a classic Bloody Mary and it was not super salty and had lots of flavor, ask for the pickle crack rim. Side note- the fried hot peppers were also good. Definitely going back!

We went in tonight for dinner at about 6:30 wasn’t busy…but we liked the place as soon as we walked in..was told to sit wherever we want..sat down and was greeted right away by Lexi..she was wonderful ..always checking on us asking if we wanted more wine..even had the gentleman behind the bar come out and brought us the wine..and the food ..WOW…soo good from soup to supper..no complaints here..thanks again Lauger House we will def be back

We were there New Year’s Day. Not impressed at all. The Chili was the last in the pot and Terrible. The fries and tater tots were cold/ barely warm. Hardly any dressing on the salads.
The Steak and Cheese was really good.
We had 12 people and our food came out in pieces.
They did take the chili of the bill.
Not saying we won’t go back but it won’t be on our must stop at places to go.
Our Waitress did try though.
Just a disappointing experience.
Sorry for being honest.
After I posted this the owner contacted me and is making it right. We appreciate it and will visit again. We understand they just recently to over the place and are still working out all the bugs.

Nice new clean place decorated nicely. Cheerful employees. Good pub fare Good prices. I’d go back to try steaks n more. I’m super picky about service wanting perfection especially when not busy. Servers should never put fingers at top of a glass I’m going to drink from or forget to bring requested water and bring wrong drink ( sweat vs unsweetened tea ) and no thank you on $20 tip on 80 bill. But she was pleasant and told us of specials we ordered ,but could strive for better.
