I love going to KFC the people are great to talk to. Some of the food is pretty good but lately anytime I do an online order and have it delivered to me they mess up my order. I’ve worked in the fast food industry before I understand messing up and order every now and then but this isn’t every single time thing. And when I’m eating my chicken for some reason it tastes like fish instead of chicken.

I got a 4pc chicken meal extra crispy.It was more crisp than chicken the lack of meat on each piece was laughable. this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience here, but I thought I would give them a second chance and believe me. It’s the last chance this is the worst KFC I have ever eaten in my life. Wish they had a negative stars option.

Ordered online. After waiting 20 minutes were told they basically had nothing we paid for, nothing they could substitute and to go to the website to request a refund. They completed our order as if they had given us our food. We received nothing. The call center was helpful.

This is what you get for $10.99+ tax :4 chicken tenders, watery coke slaw( which was extra $), and french fries, a medium sweet tea.
The chicken, the biscuit, and the fries were cold. I asked “do you have a meal box that comes with mashed potatoes/gravy and cole slaw. So not only was the order cold it wasn’t what I ordered! Then when I get my order I asked for a receipt and was told “I am out of paper.” So without receipt I can’t prove what I ordered or have proof of donation to “Military Children’s Fund”.
This place is horrible and I do not recommend at all. I will drive an extra 15 miles next time!

Let me preface this by explaining that I worked as a cook at KFC for a couple of years. My family and I stopped into the Ardmore, AL KFC today and my brother and I both ordered chicken tenders. My order was boxed and on the counter immediately. I opened it to find three tenders the size of chicken nuggets. I complained and after a 10 minute wait, they gave me two more. Sat down to eat and the first bite was into chicken than was not fully cooked. Crunchy meat! Tried another, same thing. Brother had same experience. Complained to the managers and got nothing but rude attitudes and excuses. No offer to refund my money. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This is not a place to eat. I was traveling and stopped by. The restaurant was so filthy I left. No paper products in restroom and disgustingly filthy. No one acknowledged my presence. I’ve been all over the world and never have I seen such as the conditions inside. No one was there except staff. I called to let them know I’m before leaving this review. No one answered

I ordered a 8 pc Meal with 2 sides and a $9 box from Taco Bell with a Lemonade for a Dinner at work. Total was 43.01 and to my surprise in the Taco Bell bag contained my two sides. No Tacos at all which was very sneaky and deceitful. I want my money back.

using my boyfriends account to leave a review bc i don’t have my own google account .. but literally every single time we get food here something is wrong with what we got . the last two times the chicken sandwich’s were dry n old and they didn’t leave them plain like asked . this time we got multiple tacos suppose to be only meet and cheese but wasn’t made correctly . i went back to the door but it was drive through only but thankful an older man apologized and fixed the issue and was very respectful . don’t be like us and keep going back thinking they’ll do better because they won’t ! go across the street to mcdonald’s or down to sonic skip this restaurant.. make ur employees do better or shut down because the amount of bad reviews is ridiculous.
