Walked in store at 2 PM order was taken at 205PM, food was handed to me at 216 PM for a 2 piece meal. Mac and cheese was cold, slaw was good chicken was good, No sweet tea in the dining area the coke machine was out of about every drink in it. 1 girl was just very nonchalant didn’t seem to care was talking a lot, no Popeyes uniform on, no name tag etc. Store was clean, overall poor visit, should have went to Bojangles next door…

My husband and I went this evening, service was friendly and relatively quick even though we had to pull to the second window for a few min. $30 for two meals and we got our food. It was only once we got home that we realized they didn’t give us over half our food. Only one sauce (that was incorrect for either of us) and two drinks. We should have checked the bag most definitely, but when they hand you two separate bags for two tender combos it doesn’t raise alarms. Its disappointing to spend hard earned money and not get even close to what you order. I understand this is a “job” for someone but I work hard at my “job” and do not want to waste money like this. Its sad that the company moto seems to be bad service-slow when the food is genuinely good. The workers were plenty friendly, just didn’t fill the order. I will not return to another poppeye’s, they have taken the last of my money for nothing. $30?????? For two drinks and 6 chicken tenders??? Be for real here.

Every time I go here they are out of mac and cheese. I went around 7pm and they are open until 10 which should mean they have plenty of time to make more for the rest of the night. The last 3 times I’ve been here they have not given me a biscuit which comes with a tender combo that I typically order. The tenders are very small, more like nuggets and cold. The fry cups that we received were half full but tasted good and fresh. The service is always very slow waiting for 20 mins or longer and they ask that you pull up to wait even when there are no cars behind you. I love Popeyes food but I will not be back to this location as I have been dissatisfied one too many times.

The best things were the classic chicken sandwich & the classic chicken tenders. We didn’t like the coleslaw or pickled jalapeño’. Service was friendly but lacking employees (only 2 workers at lunchtime, it was a Wednesday). Took extra time to get orders. Atmosphere good yet the bathrooms were dirty. They have freestyle drink machines.

stopped by this restaurant after a long day of work, expecting a decent meal. The place was completely empty—no customers inside or in the drive-thru. That should’ve been my first warning sign.
I ordered the 3-piece chicken for $5 and two large red beans and rice. Both sides had uncooked rice in them—literally hard, raw grains mixed into the beans. When I called to complain, the manager just said, “Oh, we checked the rice. I’m not sure how that happened.” No apology. No resolution.
To make things worse, the chicken was rubbery and clearly not fresh. If the restaurant has zero customers, you’d think they’d take the time to make the food right, but this was just unacceptable.

Ordered a 2 piece spicy dark combo with beans and rice (a #4), a pepper, and a chicken sandwich combo. After paying and waiting, they said they couldn’t give me beans and rice because they didn’t have beans. I ordered the mashed potatoes.
We get our order and it’s completely wrong. I had what looked like tiny nuggets, potatoes with no gravy and the lid barely fit. Chicken sandwich was cold, & no pepper. We brought it up to the front and they dumped the food and a lady started remaking the order. She only had one spicy leg and one classic. I said I would wait for fresh chicken so I could get spicy. We were in this restaurant about an hour waiting on our food only to get my husbands coleslaw that was terrible and they had so much mayo on his sandwich, when he put his hand in the bag to get the he sandwich his hand had Mayo all over it. He had to use a napkin to wipe off some of the Mayo from his sandwich and returned the slaw. When he asked to replace the slaw the lady just grabbed a basket and put room temperature fries in it. Customer service is lacking and attention to detail. Oh, and when they brought my order, beans and rice miraculously appeared along with mash potatoes ♀️.

Ordered a Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich before noon. They didn’t have the fillet but gave me a tenderloin on it instead. It wasn’t hot, or even spicy at all. I would describe it as a cold chicken sandwich with dead peppers that taste like green peppers. The side of Cajun Rice I got was half filled in the container, was less than 2 tablespoons of dry, hard, and ice cold rice that seemed days old or left out for hours. Worst food I’ve had in a long time.

The food here is delicious but the service is awful. I can kill a chicken and cook it faster than you can get your food here… it’s ridiculous. I ordered online so that it would be ready when I picked it up. I ordered at 4:47pm and when I went through drive-thru and they told me to go park and they would bring it out. After 15 minutes I went inside and they said it would be another 10 minutes…. Finally got my food at 5:12… Waited 25 minutes for 6 boneless wings, 3 tenders, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese and 2 biscuits.
That is not how you run a successful business. They really need to get more help and get food out in a timely manner, especially being a fast food restaurant.

I decided to stop by and get lunch and I was so amazed. The store was clean and the employees was so friendly. The food was also so fresh and good. I will definitely be back for more. I have even invited my friends to come and have lunch with us or to also invite their other friends and family.

Don’t go to this popeyes they will take your money and make you wait 30 minutes before telling you that it will be an additional 10 minutes for your food to cook. Manager had no clue what he was doing. He had to call his “manager” for God knows what. He was rude as he’ll and didn’t want to refund me my money. I was not sitting waiting damn near an hour for food. I had to threaten to call corporate for him to even remotely offer to make it right.
