We recently stopped by Crystal’s Café in Kittanning, PA, and had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and what really impressed us was the incredible value. Not only was everything reasonably priced, but the servings were huge—definitely not leaving hungry here! Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast or lunch you’ll find great options that won’t break the bank.
The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a cozy café—casual, welcoming, and perfect for a laid-back meal. It’s a comfortable spot to sit down, relax, and enjoy some hearty, home-cooked food. We felt right at home the moment we walked in.
One of the highlights of our visit was the service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic! She was on top of everything, and I don’t think our drinks were ever less than full throughout the entire meal. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made our dining experience even better. It’s always a pleasure when you find great food paired with exceptional service.
If you’re looking for a spot that feels like a hidden gem but delivers in every way, Crystal’s Café is it. It was harder than hell to find, but was well worth the look! I had the county fried steak breakfast and it was out wlthin minutes. My waitress Janet was super friendly. Definitely check them out of your in Kittanning.

It was busy (sunday after church) so it did take a little longer to get food but it was good. I had a chicken salad , the waitress was friendly, reasonably priced. The last time I had stuffed french toast and it was really good. I would return.

Local diner serving breakfast and lunch. Has a few booths and lots of tables. Large selection of diner items on the menu. Ordered the corned beef hash with eggs and toast. It was a large portion and well done. Quite enjoyable. On a Sunday morning at 11 had to wait a couple of minutes for a table. Service was efficient thou it seems to take a while for the order to arrive.

Can an old lady catch a break?! Cold food and slow service. I’ve been wanting to try this place. I’ve heard nothing but good things…wow. Our food must’ve been sitting on a counter somewhere. Six tables, including ours, were all served the same time. Cold eggs, burnt bacon, and frozen deep fried hash browns, cold and barely fried. No one asked if everything was OK. No one cared to refill coffee cups. 11 tables, 3 women running like chickens accomplishing nothing for the customers that I saw. One person took drink orders for 8 tables and brought them out. We were given the wrong food order and bill. I do not recommend getting up early for this kind of experience. I don’t recommend this place at all!

This place is amazing home made specials daily many soup options the best breakfast in town and the staff all help each other out so no table is left sitting with out a refill or needing something there homage desserts are so amazing this whole place is such a great experience all around
