So I have to stop in here in the mornings Monday through Friday because I live in Cordele, but my husband works in Fitzgerald. I was very skeptical on stopping due to the fact the location in Cordele knows my order already and I have already gained a relationship with that location, but I can tell you I was not at all unsatisfied when I stopped. The gentleman at the window is absolutely wonderful at what he does very communicative very Professional and make sure to communicate with his customers overall cleanliness, amazing customer service absolutely wonderful, and even with cars behind me was very nice and still carried on conversation. I will absolutely never hesitate to stop again

I’ve frequented this location since it opened, This is my EVERY DAY go to spot for my coffee! They know me by face & name no matter how many times I switch vehicles or change my hair color lol & on the days I decide to switch up and order something new or at a different time of day they know it’s not my normal order or that I’m running late absolutely love their customer service & their attention to detail! I mentioned to one employee how I didn’t like open tops on my XL coffees and she makes sure I get a flat top every time she’s working without me even asking again their customer recognition is top tier & The wait is never over a minute or two long! I love Ellianos everywhere but there’s nothing like this location my drink is never the same anywhere else I go! I’m literally on my way there as we speak!

Great service and excellent coffee. The manager, Scott always talks and see how things are going. He makes you feel like family and so does the baristas. And he will fix something if there’s something wrong with it. Service is quick. Everyone is always happy and kind. This is my #1 coffee shop, always has been and always will be.

All I got to say is if you haven’t already stop and try their breakfast bowls. This is a daily for me. The grits are so creamy and good. Also try their Peach Mango Edge on ice.
