I placed an order for a pick up order and was not able to pick up my order because when I arrived at the Starbucks, the café was closed. They put a written sign on the door, saying only go through drive-through. They had the line wrapped around the building in 6 to 7 people standing at the door waiting for their order. This type of customer service is bottom of the barrel and unacceptable if they were not prepared to fully open, they should’ve completely closed the store. I don’t know who is in charge up there, but somebody needs to get in contact for corporate and do some operational training.

The staff at this location is super friendly, hard working and efficient; they literally make my day whenever I visit, whether it’s the drive thru or inside. The food and beverages are always great but I will definitely say the ***people*** make my experience a pleasure every time. I’m no amateur when it comes to Starbucks and this location has definitely become one of my neighborhood favorites over the years. Thanks for always making me feel special and appreciated as a customer, EVERY TIME I come in (typically every day)

Asked for two drinks only received one incorrectly. I believe I was very clear with the way I ordered never again. Service is just horrible here I never have a problem at any other location. It was just me and another car and it took about 20 minutes to get my drink.

I frequent this Starbucks location, and I will say that in comparison to other locations in the South Fulton area, the team here does a great job at being as timely and efficient as possible. Currently, it’s the holiday season, which means everyone is in quite a hurry. I still have not experienced an issue with the taste or quality of my orders, which is a good sign that this location is doing well even during one of the busiest seasons of the year. The atmosphere could be a bit cleaner and better maintained, but I have to say that this Starbucks is pretty decent compared to some others.

Ordered a dark roast. Given anything else but. I drink it every day , I know the taste of it.
Plus this bs when you pay ( company policy) to push/beg for a tip.

Response for your feedback: it seems like you did not read it all. Your policy to “suggest” for the tip . It looks like begging or pushing customers to leave tip.

Nate was very pleasant today for our visit to pick up drinks on the run. The counter could have been wiped down, and the straws needed to be restocked.
This location is very nice and has a great outdoor seating area. Our drinks were delicious.

I came to this Starbucks on Saturday 5/24/2025 around 3:30 pm and it was the worst experience of my entire life. I ordered a hot matcha and was given an iced. I simply requested to trade it for what I ordered and a second girl came up to the window stating she was the manager and she couldn’t give me the correct item in the drive through with a VERY nasty attitude. Having to pull around would’ve been okay but I couldn’t get past her tone and rudeness. I decided to walk in to ask her for her information and her reponse was “I have no name” soooo unprofessional for someone who claimed they were the manager. The other workers on the floor were chiming in helping her belittle me. It was awful. They did offer me a refund but as I was walking out the unknown employee yelled “You’re not welcome back at Starbucks”. please avoid this Starbucks at ALL costs.

Side note: The ring leader was the girl with the long red braids claiming she was the manger. You can see the other coworker in the green vest clapping and cheering her on as the “manager” proceeded to make rude comments towards me.

The staff is very nice but the service is so slow. We literally waited 20+ mins in the drive thru. Starbucks should consider hiring more employees at this location to help with the workload.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but unfortunately, this location has made me rethink my daily visits. Time and time again, the drive-through is “down,” and it seems more like a convenience issue for the staff rather than a legitimate problem. Given that this is a brand-new location, it’s hard to believe there’s a recurring technical issue with the drive-through, especially since this only seems to happen during the midday shift.

The repeated handwritten signs stating the drive-through is out of service feel more like an excuse to manage fewer orders rather than a real operational challenge. I’m not sure if corporate or the district manager is aware, but this is frustrating and disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect the level of service Starbucks is known for, and this consistent lack of effort is unacceptable.

I truly hope this is addressed so that the experience at this location improves for all customers. The amount of customers that I saw read the sign and race off angry today. Will explain why sales numbers are down so low.

Also, the issue of customer service has me even more pissed. They never greet you when you do come inside and you can tell they do not appreciate their jobs here and I advise management to pick another team. They’ve made my order wrong many of times before and came up with excuses as to why it was wrong Used the wrong milk as well and I could only imagine if I had an allergy. Trying to give them a chance and will continue to review until things change. Other locations know my name and order because of how frequently I go. Very disappointed. I’ve reported them to corporate before but have yet to be contacted by their direct manager as I was told before they would contact me.

This Starbucks is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. They have struggled with initial operations but as a supporter from day 1, I am pleased to see the leadership receive feedback and openly share the steps being taken to make this spot a go to destination in our great South Fulton. Special recognition to Marie, a young employee with a sweet kind spirit and working on her birthday with a smile. Younger people are always targeted when they do poorly so we want to acknowledge the ones who go above and beyond.
