This was one of the most unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed and paid for my order, received confirmation that my food was ready, and arrived before midnight — during their posted business hours. The doors were locked, but someone was clearly inside. I spoke to her, explained that my order was already prepared and paid for, and she simply told me they were closed and refused to give me my food.
They took my money and kept my order. That’s not just bad customer service — that’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It would have taken seconds to hand me what I had already paid for. Instead, I was left outside with no food and no refund.
If you’re going to close early, stop accepting orders. Don’t charge customers and then deny them what they paid for. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others before ordering from here.

We ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and something happened to their system and it went down. I was honestly so impressed with how they handled everything with it being so chaotic. Our order was great and everyone was still being so polite and nice. If they can handle the pressure of that with a smile I know they are good to go on normal days. Will be ordering again!

We have ordered from this location a few times and find their wings/fires to be very good. We ordered last night for the Super Bowl and they had a very rough night! My son who picked up the food said their ordering system went down which made his wait very long and our order was incorrect. I filled out a form online to complain and the manager called me back the very next day (today) to refund my total order. While it was very inconvenient and disappointing I appreciate their immediate and gracious response to my complaint. Let’s hope next time is better!

Picked up my order tonight, we did the 20 for $20 with hot honey and hot lemon. I arrived at the store around 5:15. The staff was very polite and let me know that my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited about ten minutes and my food was ready. The wings were hot, the fries were well seasoned, and I greatly enjoyed the brownie.

I too had a bad experience on Superbowl Sunday. Yesterday, I received a call from the store manager Holly and she issued my refund. I came in tonight to pick up my remake order. Desiree and her team took care of me without an issue. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I received fresh, hot wings and fries in a timely manner.

I placed an order on Super Bowl Sunday and ended up getting myself into chaos. Had to wait a long time then eventually went to the store to pickup my food but it was packed with people because the system was down. Pure chaos in there and I wasted a lot of time, I was angry and ready to never visit a Wingstop again. The next day I got a call from Holly who was doing everything in her power to make things right. I was refunded and got my order re made. Without Holly I would probably never spend another dollar at Wingstop but thanks to her efforts I am walking away happy and will continue being Wingstop customer

This location use to be great food and service. 3 of last 4 times I have been there had to cancel my order after waiting 30 minutes past the time is was supposed to be ready, and the staff saying it will be 15 more minutes. This past time (this evening) the front staff member may have been the most rude person I have ever seen in a customer service type of job. The Manager, Michael was very pleasant, but not much help, said I would have to come in tomorrow to get a refund. Half the customers started asking for refunds. The food last time was poor as well, wings very dry and overcooked, with almost no sauce. This location was once very good, but now, no sure I will go back.

Terrible experience with this location fayetville rd garner NC on 10/9 with a lady named Rhonda. She’s very manipulative and not a good listener. She can definitely hear but the listening portion was lost on her during our entire encounter. My friend and I ordered DoorDash to be delivered, instead of getting a delivery we got no confirmation of a driver being on the way or picking up our food. After an hour we decide to call the store to ask about our order and Rhonda assured us that we were 100% at fault and that we misused the wingstop app and did not chose a “DoorDash/ Uber Eats” option. We were not given that option and she told us repeatedly that we were mistaken. She said we can pickup the food- however that was the entire reason we ordered in- so we didn’t have to. After asking for her name on the phone she refused to tell me, and stated our food that had been sitting over an hour and a half now could could only be partially remade. Unacceptable- and unbelievable we go in person and Rhonda ensures us our food is being remade already. Then why couldn’t that have happened initially? 15 minutes after that while we are-sitting in our car Rhonda approaches our car with a man and states that he is our DoorDash driver. The same door dasher she said that we never placed an order to be delivered by. After telling us we misused the app and we opted for a pickup order, repeatedly. Over the phone and in person. This is beyond ridiculous, what turned into a 45 minute delivery turned into a 2 hour wait.
Rhonda really knows how to cover her behind verbally. She will say anything to void accountability and gaslight customers to no extent which is just not good work ethics in my opinion. Jeff also standing around in the back laughing and drinking fountain drinks while we waited 30 minutes for a recook that was already being made when we arrived, supposedly.

The website said it would take 38-43 minutes. It ended up taking 83 minutes to get my order. The bone in wings tasted burnt. We ended up throwing them away. The staff in this restaurant complained the whole time. They kept talking about how they were going to quit bc someone called out. It was them constantly talking about how they couldn’t believe they were out of fries, this was awful, and that was awful. The food tasted just like their attitudes, poor.
We had stopped going to this restaurant after our last trip and this confirmed that we were not missing anything. I hope this restaurant gets it together bc my son loves their boneless wings but I choose where I spend my money and this isn’t the spot.
The positive part about the whole experience is that I got to watch the football game while I waited.
