My first time here. Definitely not the run of the mill fast food. The burgers are made fresh while you wait. The order of fries is a generous portion. Eat in includes free peanuts. Cool! It’s just a pinch pricey. I’ll probably go back at some point. Recommended.

It’s a bit pricey, however look at the amount of fries for the large order. The burgers were delicious, fresh and toppings free! The service was excellent and Austin made our night! Keep him on the frontline!! We dined in, the sound was not bad, we could carry our convo in normal voice mode and there were many seated at tables and a line at the register. The employees handled the flow perfectly and kept the restaurant clean! Highly recommended Five Guys Middletown location no matter the occasion.

I spent $47 on two bacon cheeseburgers, two fries and an Oreo milkshake. I received a bag of greasy fries. The hamburger is just OK but the french fries are just un-edible. Literally, my hand was covered in grease just from taking the french fries out of the to go bag.

I usually don’t like to post bad comments, but I must this time. The lady dressing the meats went into the back room with her gloves on and opened 2 boxes. Came back out and started to touch everything in her prep area with those same gloves. Please understand that the boxes are dirty! You don’t know what has climbed on them, nor what anyone else may have on their hands when they loaded, unloaded them. I waited to see if she would change her gloves, but she didn’t. I had to say something, and the woman I spoke to acted like this was okay. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!! I won’t oder anything if she is still there.

Best five guy’s we have been to yet. The staff were really friendly and engaging. The food was hot and served quick. Burgers were cooked perfectly and so were the fries. The best for last was the coffee and Carmel milkshake. It was amazing. Thank the night shift lady that made it for me and the whole team. Awesome experience go get your milkshake now it’s better then Starbucks I promise.

I’m new to Five Guys Restaurant. I will say the food here is worth the price. They give you plenty of food for what you pay for. It’s all fresh from what I gathered. No preservatives or other stuff like that in the meat and the fries are cut on site after recieving it from a local farm somewhere in the country or locally(Not Frozen). You won’t leave here hungry! Me my wife and three kids with different kinds of Burgers/BLTs,Grilled Cheese, large fries and 5 drinks were $50.02.
Oh and the large fries we ordered were plenty enough to feed all 5 of us and had some leftovers. Part of the fries come in a brown paper bag then inside the brown paper bag there will be a large cup of fries. They have the Coke dispensers that have the different flavors and the condiments were in pumps you add into a small cup. It was a great experience and the food was like eating a grilled burger at home. I will.be returning to Five Guys in the near future. I just can’t go without my wife and kids or they will be upset that they didn’t get to eat there. If your considering it. Just go eat here. You won’t regret it.

We have been to this location twice now and the customer service has been so above and beyond any other fast food restaurant! I can’t say enough about how nice and welcoming all the staff has been from the moment we walk in the door! We will definitely keep coming back!
