I can’t say anything about the store itself, using doordash. I’ve had some not so favorable sandwiches in the past from here. Been over a year, but I ordered twice in the last couple weeks. These Sammies were excellent, and as long as they stay that way I will keep ordering.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They made my sandwich with a little of lettuce which is abnormal, no cheese, no jalapeños and when I brought it back the lady acted like she seen cheese on the sandwich and added lettuce. I had to ask her to add cheese on jalapeños which is exactly what I ordered through the app. She was extremely rude and made me feel bad for bringing the sandwich back.

Personally I enjoy Subway, Quick Meal after work. Unfortunately, I hate coming to this location for one reason only. A Young Women, Normally I see her in the morning. Now I understand It’s the morning but come on, The customer service you bring is by far wrong. Makes me feel like it was a Huge problem for me to Come in, in the first place.
I hate saying this because the businesses in Cal City struggle to stay open but I’ll rather Take the drive to Mojave instead of dealing with the rudeness of that Women.

Owner was rude and condescending. My husband drove back after picking up our order. The bread of my sandwich was sticky, squishy, clearly underbaked. The sandwich was not edible. All we asked was for it to be remade, we should have asked for a refund instead. The owner remarked that the bread was “perfectly fine”
This has happened to us once before at this location and we let it slide, but not this time especially when 1 foot long cost us nearly $15.
We won’t be returning to this location and we don’t recommend it. I’d rather drive further to another subway.

I don’t know, but this subway in cal city has really gone done hill. The girl making my order has no care in the world, when it comes to customer service. She was so slow and kept interrupting the process with random things that they weren’t prepared for I guess. I mean, I understand, it happens, I was being very patient and kept a smile on my face. Trying not to seem bothered. But everything she did, she took her sweet time. Never apologized, never said anything to at least act like my waiting was a concern for her. Clearly it wasn’t. It goes to show how customer service isn’t subways thing! And another thing I’d like to point out… Where’s the diversity in their employees? In the last couple years I notice only one race employed at this location. I’m not racist or anything but I thought it was a mandatory job policy at any business….
Maybe that’s where the problem is in the service we’ve been experiencing here. Let’s get it together subway!!! At least check your workers attitudes. And get them to move like they care about keeping everyone waiting so long for a Sandwich. I was the only customer there and a man who came in after me. I was there probably a good 15 minutes. I order two sandwiches. It shouldn’t take that long; unless there’s a line out the door.
I guess if the owner doesn’t care why should anyone care? I wonder if their sales gone down in recent years??? I’d assume so productivity!?!?

I went in today to get a sandwich. The place looks horrible they have huge boards on the floor I tripped over and almost fell. The soda machine does not work the floors were dirty just by the look of the place I will never eat there again. They said they are remodeling why not close until you are done!
