I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a couple of tacos and waited for half an hour. After 30 minutes, the cashier informed me that someone must have mistakenly taken my order. When I asked for clarification, he pointed a pen in my face and began addressing me disrespectfully, without any apology for the inconvenience. He even continued to use inappropriate language toward a customer, despite the error being his own.

Got charged for something I didn’t even order, costing me 2$ extra on a normal cheese pizza. If you’re the kind of person who’s quiet and patient apparently they’ll just ignore you and then steal your money after giving you a dirty look. If that was the manager, shame on her, I have worked fast food and when customers don’t harass me, I’m usually not going to be a jerk.
If you’re a truck driver without time to spare, I do not recommend stopping in to this joint, it’s connected to the taco bell inside Petro. Other customers didn’t have a problem, but they were more chatty than someone who just woke up to start their morning I guess.

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Express. The pizza was okay, but the customer service was extremely rude. It’s a shame because good service can make all the difference.

This review is for ALL pizza huts. The family size Alfredo containers are much smaller than what they offered years ago although you get two pans the size of the pan is just smaller.
