I went to braums today at Western center off of 35 in fort Worth I believe the people representing the company deliberately gave me the incorrect price for the product I was attempting to purchase. I’ve included a receipt because I buy this product frequently for them are no longer purchase it from that particular location. The person in the drive through understood what I was wanting to get and tell them face to face and they still told me an incorrect amount which was 875 plus tax.

Ever notice how some Braum’s has their fountain drink machine near a side door out of sight from the counter employees? Ever notice how often people come in through that door to steal sodas? It’s amazing how many people do that just while you’re there eating, much less how many could be doing that throughout the day. Makes me wonder how good their food sanitation is if they aren’t even watching something as simple as sodas. When I managed a restaurant years and years ago, soda syrup was cheap, but it was still a cost I had to keep track of and hit numbers on. I guess times have changed.

I’ve visited this Braum’s location three times in the past four days, ordering a hot fudge sundae each time. Wichita Kansas on North Rock Road. On today’s visit, the amount of hot fudge provided was consistently minimal—barely enough to enjoy. When I mentioned this to the assistant manager, she said I would have to pay extra for more fudge. I found this surprising and disappointing. If a customer wants a proper hot fudge sundae, it shouldn’t feel like an added charge just to get a reasonable amount of fudge. Plus gave me the wrong ice cream for my child.

Braum’s is awesome, their supermarkets are always clean and full of quality groceries. The ice cream is also higher quality than what you’d find at a national brand supermarket.

Our ice creams were great. BUT, I’m highly disappointed in how they disregard their shake/malt machines. They leave the machines dirty and go ahead and use it for another one. When I told the manager, she just seemed to shrug it off like she didn’t care.

I go there alot and all of sudden they are serving burnt fries so bad that there is no fry inside can’t put a fork in it or eat it. Secondly why is the braums red sauce not on the cheeseburgers anymore. Got 2 #2 both well done and only one was well done and very small piece of onion. My question is how do I get my order right. Come every single Friday night as well order triple dip and nobody will make it they all say they don’t have a triple dip in a cup and in reality we have gotten this for over 10 years.?
