Consistently burnt pizza and often the wrong crust despite paying extra. NONE of these had garlic stuffed crust despite paying $4 extra for each pizza. This location used to be good. It’s completely gone downhill in the last 6-12 months.

It seems like location wants to cut costs by using thin crust for all their orders or maybe stretching the medium dough to the size of a large pizza. The past two orders we have placed have been absolutely horrible. Papa John’s has always been our favorite for their soft, fluffy crust. What we have gotten is more in line with Walmart take-and-bake pizza. I think this will be our last order from this location. So disappointed.

No menus, had to go online on our phone to order. Get your own silverware, drinks, plates and napkins, had to ask for extra parmesean, salt and peppers–twice. Finally brought them with a little serving cup with salt poured in it. Worst Pizza Hut we have ever been in.

SO INCONSISTENT. Order from here 5 days in a week, and you’ll get a different pizza every time. Earlier in the week it’s usually good, but on Saturdays especially it’ll be so overloaded with sauce that it’s inedible—I’ve thrown it out instead of eating it, more than once, because it’s a gallon of sauce with barely any cheese at all. Every time I order it feels like playing the ‘will it suck this time’ lottery. Trying to complain is pointless, they clearly don’t care and just give you attitude. I’m finally giving up and will not be ordering any more.
