Food portions were extremely small. Staff did not speak English. Thankfully I’m Hispanic and bilingual. The dinning room was dirty and messy as seen in the photos below. Otherwise the food tasted great and was good in quality!

I visited this new Miramar Chipotle location on a Friday around 5:00 PM—not during peak hours—and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired.

• Service: Just okay. While not rude, the staff didn’t seem engaged. During quiet periods, up to four employees were gathered near the register chatting, while dirty tables and trash-filled surfaces were left untouched.

• Food Quality: Disappointing. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice—both the steak and rice were dry and undercooked. The guacamole lacked its usual freshness, and the chips were stale.

• Cleanliness & Ambiance: Very poor. The entire dining area was unkempt, with dirty floors and every table covered in trash or food remnants. The furniture was visibly worn—surprisingly shabby for a relatively new location, as if repurposed from an older store.

• Noise Level: Uncomfortably loud. The music was blasting like a retail store, comparable to Abercrombie & Fitch. It made the atmosphere feel chaotic rather than casual.

• Restrooms: I didn’t check them, so I can’t speak to their condition.

Overall: A disappointing experience on nearly every front—unfresh food, inattentive service, poor cleanliness, and an atmosphere that didn’t match Chipotle’s usual standards. This location won’t get a second visit from me.

Terrible service, was met with extreme rudeness, not only do they not originally provide you with the stated protein portions by not providing the stated amount, but when I requested them to serve the portion that is required per chipotle policy, I was met with a terrible customer service from who I assume is the manager. She not only gave attitude, but threw away an entire bowl of food upon a request for proper portion size. I was extremely shocked and disappointed with the service here and could not believe they threw away the entire bowl in what seemed to be an act of anger and frustration.

I have never had an issue with my food at this location but wanted to share 3 things that make me not want to come back.

1. The door closest to the parking remains locked during business hours – probably so the line flows but this is a safety issue if there is an emergency where people need to evacuate. Also inconvenience to the customers having to walk around to the other door.

2. Bathroom is under code lock and you can’t get code without receipt. I prefer to wash my hands before I eat and don’t want to leave my food cold and unattended so I can go wash my hands before I pay. Water flow in the bathroom is poor which makes me question if the staff wash their hands sufficiently prior to returning to work.

3. Trash can holes are so small that you can’t throw your food away. Build up of trash outside the can which is dirty and unappealing.

I hope the mgmt will have a look and make improvements to their operation.

What a terrible experience at 12581 Miramar PKWY location. Our family ordered online and picked up our order. We got home and when I opened my food, it had rotten, brown/gray guacamole, with the side of guacamole also rotten.
As soon as I got there, I showed one of the workers my meal. They proceeded to check their guacamole, and they checked their guacamole they had in the fridge. ALL of it was brown and rotten. They said that was how they were serving it. The manager finally came out after 10 minutes. I went ahead and showed her the food and asked if I could get a new dish without guacamole, or a refund. That’s when you started to yell at me. She told me that I didn’t know anything about guacamole, and how I should just complain about it online. I was shocked. I have never been to a restaurant where they make a mistake, and become irate over it and scream at customers. I then asked her for her name, and she refused to tell me. I asked her to lower her voice, and she kept yelling at me. This is probably one of the worse experiences at a dining place I’ve had. This location is fairly new, and this is the tone that they have set? To not do right by customers and instead, yell at them.

This will be the last time I ever go to this location ever again. After seeing the reviews for this location, it makes sense why they’re the lowest rated one in my area. The staff were lazy and rude. The place looked disgusting and not stocked up at all. There’s evidence of poor management, especially with the NIGHT CREW, and I am just sick of it. They don’t have any manners or sense of a clear moral compass to treat customers with a greeting instead of blankly staring at someone… before I get tempted to get out character with one of the rude workers here again I will just never spend my money at this location again or allow anyone I care about to waste their money here again. I’ll do better with making my own food at home. Refresh management at this location QUICKLY if these owners want a chance to continue making profit at this location (if they even are)

i’ve been coming here since it opened idk what happened but it was horrible a girl had made it she put an okay amount of rice and beans when i asked for meat she measured it in a cup…? and when i got double she wiggled some of it out…then i asked for sour cream and they game me a glob of it i couldn’t even see my beans and then got lettuce and cheese she didn’t hear me and game me the smallest portion of both i was so shocked by the portions i forgot to ask for corn and i got mystery meat in my cheese.

i regret buying my bowl today never coming back

When I ordered the young woman in the red hair put the meat in a portion cup which i didn’t mind but she barely filled it half way. Then when i mentioned she kept trying to gaslight me saying that’s the portion and I would need to pay extra for more. I kept asked for a manager and barely anyone spoke english and when he finally came he made her redo it, the portion was night and day. When i asked the manager to confirm he was trying to act like it wasn’t different. The young woman was very rude and the manager wasn’t friendly either.

I made an online order and picked up at the drive through for my daughter and when she opened up there was barely any chicken and it even made her cry, not to mention she only have rice, chicken, and sour cream. I don’t usually order from this store but just happens to go buy ice cream in the Plaza. Very disappointed! I would have given a zero star

Definitely would not recommend this location. It wasn’t until I sat down and started to eat that I noticed how dirty this place was. The manager has a big attitude for a man of such small stature. Very condescending and not willing to help at all. It took him 5 minutes just to get me a fork which he seemed to be annoyed that I would actually have to nerve if asking him. 80% of the table tops were dirty. The trash was overflowing, and there was a family of ants having lunch next to me on food that had been on the floor for hours. Employees walking around and no one taking care of the eating area. Then you look behind the counter and there is food everywhere. Big turn off. I asked for the GM and the AMOD gave me big attitude again. He wasn’t the least bit concerned about anything I had to say. I would have given no stars if I could.

Edit: AMOD told me he wasn’t allowed to move. So even though the eating area was filthy he wasn’t aloud to stop and clean it or send someone out to do it. That’s some bull$417!!!!
