Kind lady with black hair working every time I pick up does an exceptional job at making my pizza ! Extra cheese here actually means: extra cheese ! I wanted to share how sad I was when I learned that my go to pizza spot on redondo closed, but then I found the one on cannon and it’s even better ! My favorite spot now !

I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in years and yesterday due to the extreme heat I decided to order from them for dinner.
Let’s just say I wish I hadn’t, I ordered 2 Detroit Style Pizzas, the crust was good and crispy but if I wanted cheese bread I would’ve ordered it. It came to $53 which included a tip, huge waste of money!
The so called pizza was crust with cheese on it and then the spooned on top of the cheese an awful bbq tasting sauce! This is not pizza!!!
When I order a pizza I expect it to have pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese, not crust with cheese and bbq sauce spooned on top.
People don’t waste your money, there are plenty of family owned places to go to, I got lazy to go out and pick it up but I won’t make that mistake twice.

Called to place an order at 10:30pm and after employee reassured me that the order would be made and ready to pick up in 15mins I pulled up and lights were off, location closed and nobody picked up the phone anymore. Extremely disappointed with the poor service employee provided being that she completely made it seem as she was legitimately taking my order, provided me with specials and even gave me a total amount for my order.
It would be much nicer and logical to let the customers know it is too late to place an order instead deliberately fooling clientele.

Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas with regular cheese and regular pepperoni. Ordered it to be ready by 4:45pm but when I got there the guy told me he was barely going to start making it. I also didn’t like the taste of it. They didn’t even add that much cheese. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again.

If I had the choice to pick ZERO stars I would. I ordered two pizzas for my kids to enjoy on the long drive back home after Legoland and realized when I went to serve them the pizzas, first of all had the wrong toppings.. sausage and olives..I ordered pepperoni. Being on the road and already atleast twenty minutes away from where I picked them up..I decided to pick off the toppings just so they can eat. As soon as they took a couple bites you can see how chewy the pizza was.. Seemed to appear melting as they bit into them. Melting it was not, the dough was raw. I immediately called Pizza Hut and was cut off mid sentence of telling them their mistakes, put on hold for about 11 minutes.. When they picked up the line they hung up. I called back.. No answer. Called back they said they were getting a manager placed me on hold for 27 minutes this time and never picked up the line after that.

The online reservation suggested a Pizza Hut location 5 miles from my address, when there is another one is less than a mile away. I failed to notice this error and ordered a pizza from the wrong place. This is apparently not unusual, as the correct location immediately suggested that this is what happened. Fortunately, the wrong location, when contacted, promised to refund my purchase. Everyone, except the computer, were very helpful and courteous.
