Pizza came out extra burnt. The front 2-3 inches of pizza was extremely thick and sponge like while the back 3+ inches was paper thin. I don’t have time to go back and have them make another, I’m hungry now and I paid for this so I’m gonna force myself to eat it I normally really like little ceasars but people shouldn’t be okay with giving out food like this, idk who was working December 9th around 1:45 pm but, they have no standards on the food they serve to the public, fire them and hire somebody who will feed your customers decent food

Hot and ready. Walked in, asked what was ready, was told it would be about 4 minutes because the pizzas were in the oven. The staff was wrong it was about 2 minutes! Nice when people under promise and over deliver!

2nd time I did a pizza order delivered, and pick up. And they have messed up the order. Ordered two pretzel stuffed crust 1 with cheese sauce. Got one regular stuffed with red sauce and then a regular hot and ready with red sauce and they didn’t bring sauces. Kids were hungry so they we ate. Future orders I’m triple checking. Attempted to call the store several times no answer.

The last 3 times I’ve order food from there through Uber Eats it’s been wrong. All three times I’m missing extra orders of sauce. Now you say, well the driver should have checked. But the last order I got breadsticks and guess what they remembered the sauce for that….. but not the other 2 I ordered. And on top of that they barely put any sauce in the cup. Also my pizza with extra sauce (yeah I know, I really like sauce) was supposed to be cooked well done. Guess what. Not cooked well done or has extra sauce. Not sure who’s training or managing this place. But they should be embarrassed.

Attempted calling store multiple times, no answer after three attempts. Then on the fourth attempt, phone is picked up and then hung up. Ordered a Deep Dish Pizza and it was still raw. Only good thing about the experience was the cashier who was extremely friendly.

Honestly, this has been my go to location since I moved to the area, and have never had any issues. Recently, I’ve had an experience with an employee giving me an attitude about Crazy Sauce.
Story time – one time I ordered a couple of Italian Cheese Breads from the location on Courthouse Rd, asked for Crazy Sauce, and the employee let me know it came with the Italian Cheese Bread – no extra cost. Fantastic news, saving a few bucks is always great.
Now, I recently ordered few Italian Cheese Breads from this location, and the woman let me know they know longer give it out with certain food items. I asked when that changed, and all she said was “a while ago”. Literally the week prior, it wasn’t an issue. I don’t generally care about spending a few extra bucks, but what I do care about is the consistency among the choices made by employees on a whim.
I’ll be taking my orders to the Courthouse Rd location, where this is simply not an issue.

Got to be nice to work minimum wage and not perform the simple required tasks of customer service… answer your phone. You don’t get to pick in choose when you get to do your job. You yards charge $2 extra for a pizza with light sauce. Literally takes less work and less ingredients but you charge more for less? Make that make sense? Not the sharpest tool in the shed, are ya. Will be calling corporate to see who the owner is and will be having a talk with him/her. Will not be putting my money in this location anymore.
