First time here. The service was amazing! They greeted me with a smile and they were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was spotless and floors looked so clean! I ordered three orders of the Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls to go and 3 orders of the shrimp bites. The spring rolls were so plump and delicious! I’ve never had one packed so neatly and perfect. Those little shrimp bites were so delicious! Packed with flavor and lightly fried perfectly. Overall my experience here was amazing! I hate that I’ve never been here before because I’ve been missing out on all this good food! Great job guys! Keep up the good work! Oh and they have smoothies. I ordered the mango one and it was soooo delicious! 10/10

Today was my third visit, each time has been a different experience. Not for the best. While I really enjoy the food I order, it’s been accompanied by weird customer service.
For lunch I asked if my fried eggs could be medium and was firmly told they are only sunny side up and they do not flip eggs. My request for a longer cooked sunny side up egg was eventually agreed upon. My coworker had a similar weird experience when he asked for sugar for the unsweetened tea. Was instructed to use the artificial sweetener multiple times before receiving a small saucer of sugar from the kitchen. No attention after food was brought to the table, such as a single refill.
Unsure what these experiences mean but hopefully anyone else trying will have a better time. The food is good.

Please note that the Google menu prices are not correct. That’s how they roped my frugal self in! The pork sandwich was big and meaty. It was loaded with fresh veggies. The spring rolls were good too, just a little chewy on the ends. Service was on the slow side and it’s really quiet in there, unless that one patron was just smacking loudly. I could hear her across the room. Ahh mysophonia! I’d go back, just not on my limited lunch break.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER. The food I ordered was completely dry, especially the pork. The seats and especially the bathroom were dirty as well. I needed to use the bathroom since I was also literally attacked for my race at the establishment. When I complained about food I heard one of the workers in the back mumble something very racist which a took offense to as a black woman. Some of the other clientele were saying the same offensive things and the workers did nothing. I needed to use the bathroom as a safe space to get myself away from all the bigotry. NEVER AGAIN!

Really rude service. I asked the lady at the counter if there is a pork option for the rice plate, she pointed to the menu in a tone as if I were retarded and illiterate. My eyes couldn’t see far (near-sighted). Quality of food isn’t good either. Pork wasn’t grilled properly. I think it was reheated from the fridge and wasn’t made fresh. I could tell.

Had the classic bánh mì thịt nướng aka pork sandwich with an avocado smoothie. Smoothie was deliciously smooth and creamy, Flavor was great. Sandwich was packed with meat and tasty. Clean environment , fast service. Definitely coming back, to try the rest of the menu

Will never be coming back here AGAIN. The food was good until I noticed a roach in my pho!!!! OMG I am so disgusted. They should name this place the Roach spoon. I guess I came on the wrong night. I only came to this place because of the good reviews. But I’ve learned that good reviews can be misleading.
