These meals are really good and bigger portions than other home meal delivery services. I ordered 6 of these a few weeks ago and every one of them were so delicious. They were fresh and not frozen. Plus the serving sizes were huge, they could almost be split into two. The steak bites and chicken were super tender, I cut them with a fork! I also like that when they deliver your order they pick up the delivery bag for reuse from your last order, saving them from being thrown in the trash. I’ve tried the other large brands and local brands but Front Porch Pantry is by far the best tasting.

This is not a cheap alternative for meals. You are paying a premium for good high-quality food delivered for convenience. The food is good, but the delivery and customer service is terrible. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company to provide meals for my employees in Dallas and they consistently miss deliveries and fail to make it right. Recently, they actually left the food on the ground outside a locked gate after business hours!!!! They don’t want to refund or promptly credit their mistakes either. It would be forgivable if they were ready to offer credits or some type of meaningful re-compensation.

The food is great but the customer service sucks. Twice in 3 weeks now my order hasn’t been delivered. They won’t send a replacement box either, will only issue a refund. Which seems fine until you spend 5 days stuck in the house due to the ice storm and have no fresh food. There used to be a pickup option in the website; I could place & pay for my order online and swing by after work – no more. Now, it’s either pay $20+ for shipping and hope for the best, or go to the store in person where they don’t keep a sufficient stock of popular meals so you probably won’t get what you wanted anyway. What used to be to easy is now incredibly frustrating, and the staff won’t even *pretend* like they give a damn.

This place is amazing! The food is delicious, and easy to prepare – just heat and eat! Love the menu variety! We have been ordering for a family member in the hospital because hospital food is fairly inedible and lacks enough protein. This has been the best meal prep service hands down and has made a 6 week hospital stay much more tolerable! I usually pick up, but have used delivery as well. And you can stop by anytime and grab a dinner or 2 right from the cooler in a pinch – you don’t have to subscribe or preorder!

It was great until it wasn’t. Long story short – food was delivered, we set the cooler in the kitchen, and left for evening plans. When we came home our ENTIRE kitchen smelt like cigarettes. In fact, everything inside the cooler and the cooler itself smelt. I emailed them my concerns and not one response. I’m not asking for freebies but I am asking for my food (that I feed my family) to address the situation.

Traveled to Texas to visit my mother,for dinner she made my husband and I creamy chicken pasta meal,we were floored at how amazing the meal tasted and one entree was enough for us both, was ready to put our order in and found that you only deliver in Texas,we were so disappointed, we live in Ohio,however im very pleased with the quality of the taste,and portions ,AMAZING!!! I know my mother is eating really good food,I would have never believed it was a TV tray meal,2 ⬆️ .

Hidden treasure in North Dallas. This place is located just north of LBJ between the Galleria on Inwood Parkway and Midway Rd. I had seen some small signs offering ready to go meals. I finally went by to take a look and it was really an amazing place with an amazing selection of prepared foods and other great kitchen/gift items. Don’t miss this place. It is really special.

I love the chicken dinners or the Asian meals. The beef dinners are kind of hit and miss. I also love veggies but they so often have green beans or asparagus and we just don’t like that. I have asked to be able to sub in what we do like but they won’t agree to do that. Over all, we have been very satisfied though. Easily feeds 2 people.

I ordered meals from Front Porch Pantry for three weeks and was genuinely impressed. The proteins are delicious, the portion sizes are generous, and overall, the food quality is excellent. I even recommended the service to a friend based on the meals I initially tried.
However, I’ve decided to stop ordering for due to the packaging. The proteins are packed directly on top of the vegetables and sides, which causes everything to release water when heated. Unfortunately, this results in meals that are often swimming in liquid—something that really detracts from the otherwise great flavor and presentation
It’s disappointing because I truly enjoyed the meals and would consider returning if the packaging were improved—specifically if the proteins were packaged separately to prevent sogginess. Until then, I’m taking a break from ordering.

I have tried a few meal delivery/kit companies and Front Porch Pantry is by far the best. 1 meal order is 2 servings. They’re so large, we sometimes have a 3rd leftover for my husband’s lunch the next day. All the meals are fresh & delicious. It’s so easy! I enjoy not having to prep, cook and clean for hours everyday. It’s a big win for us! The strawberry cake is so good!!
