I would recommend to go there at least once. My experience was not good. We placed to go order, wings, fries and ranch. It was ready in about 15 minutes. The paper bag was sealed. We came home and found fries and ranch was not there. Half of the wings was without bbq, and it was not good. Later in the evening came back. There were 2 ways for resolution, they will give me fries or they will return money for the order and I pay again for wings, the difference was $7. Did the second. I am sure this was the first and the last time. But it is good to see what left from the empire, they were huge and extremely popular some years ago with their own air fleet. Part of the history.

Our service was great. I want to start off by saying that. The only reason I’m giving it a four-star is because of the dry seasoning that I got. I chose the Caribbean jerk seasoning. Very salty barely tasted any of the many spices that are in jerk seasoning. Other than that I would say it was great. Maybe next time I will try a sauced flavor.

Skimpy with the sauce on the wings. Over breaded wings. Can not make an Old Fashion drink. Save money and buy your own wings and stay home.

Luckily there was a spot available. Walked in on Bingo night to grab some “to go”, and have a beer. Service was excellent inspire of a full house. Food came out faster than I could finish my beer. Was very pleased with the energy, and the service at this location.

Its been a long while since I have visited a hooters…10 years easy. Wings were just as I remember them…small. But, the Daytona beach style sauce is fantastic! Our waitress Destiny was attentive, friendly, and engaging. Good luck with school!

First time ever eating in a Hooters. Won’t ever step in another. Never would have thought screaming kids would be an issue in a Hooters. Food was cold, wasnt what was ordered and took 45 minutes. Waitress was kind, but overall terable place to eat! Google wont allow me to give no stars. Oh I also forgot the manager never did show up to address concerns.

It’s well publicized Hooters as a franchise is struggling. Here’s what i’ve experienced my last 2 visits, about 3 months apart, to Hooters Lavista in what i can only assume is a cost savings effort. Wings used to be drenched in sauce, lately you barely get enough cover all your wings to taste in every bite. The more disheartening occurrence is that over my last 2 trips, my 10 piece order of original wings, have arrived at the table with only 9 wings (yes i count bc i prefer wings over legs and plan my attack to eat them based on number of each). First time i was told, “oh, yeah one fell on tge foor they are remaking it.” However, it took me mentioning i was a wing short to be told that. Yesterday, no excuse, just told they’d make me another. Do the math; for every 9 orders of 10 piece wings at $16.99, if they skim 1 off the top, that 9th order of only sending 9 out to the customer is already paid for. I do think this is 100% intentional, they probably short bigger orders even more tgan 1 wing, and my advice would be to count your wings there before you start eating them. Happening twice in a row to me is no accident, it’s a trend. Buyer beware.

Servers were distracted, and kitchen staff was outside for awhile. YES TAKE BREAKS. But should still meet customer needs and bring food when it’s ready. One order was completely forgotten about. Wings were a little cold and fries were not very good/seemed dried out or over cooked. Wasn’t worth the time to ask for new food because of the delay originally.
Good prices though. Fan filler is a great price.

I don’t get to eat at Hooters very often since this location is about 2 hours away from where I live but I’m glad I had the chance to travel through the area & grab a bite to eat. They have the best breaded wings around in my opinion. I highly recommend the Cajun seasoning! Along with the wings, the fries were good, & the mozzarella sticks were fantastic! The famous Hooters girls were friendly, attentive, & everything you expected them to be!

So after what happened in council bluffs I thought I’d give this place a try to see if the service was any better. Nope, still the same old. Talk to me for 30 seconds. Take my order. Deliver food and disappear. Got a picture of a bunch of the waitresses and some dude sitting over at a table socializing by themselves while I was trying to order a drink. Everyone else at the bar was looking around trying to get service too.Another couple of fun things to mention was the manager talking with the waitresses up front where they were doing nothing anyway. And when I tried to pay out they lost my money and tried to say I didn’t give them enough. I really can’t with these places anymore
