This is hands down one of the worst Subway franchises I’ve ever been to. They put almost nothing in my food. The guy literally gave me half a scoop of meat. When I asked for more than that tiny shriveled portion, he added another half scoop and charged me extra. The service is awful. They try to charge you for everything, and clearly they can’t keep workers because every time I go there it’s different people. I don’t even mind that part, but somehow each new worker is even ruder than the last. I LOVE subway but this location is just not doing it for me.

This place is probably the only subway that actually adds extra veggies when I order extra spinach. It came out even better than I expected and they made it with detail instead of a blob of mess I’ve gotten elsewhere. The only downside is the touchscreen for the drive thru, other than that I really liked my food from here.

Me and my cousins got hungry after a hot day and ofc wanted something to eat before we went home, Ok I understand that we aren’t good at ordering especially my cousins but these workers need to be more specific on how they do customers orders because I didn’t know she was asking about my sandwich and we thought she made it wrong and they way she said, “well I asked if you wanted onion and peppers” she didn’t need to use that tone of voice especially to people younger than herself and slamming my cousins sandwich on the counter? They just seemed so annoyed with how we ordered, we understand that the way we order can be a bit annoying but like we never get subway so what do u expect? And to the girl in glasses and the other 2 girls, have a better attitude next time when people order, it’s literally not the end of the world.

They messed up my order they had put turkey instead of ham. When I told them that it was supposed to be ham, they gave me another sandwich. However, the bread was toasted but the inside wasn’t. The Ham and cheese were cold. The cheese didn’t even melt. Makes me think that they just used the same bread again but switch the turkey for the ham. Also I asked and paid for double cheese and just got 3 slices of cold cheese. Never coming to this subway again.

Charged $50 for two foot longs. I told the workers the online orders weren’t working and I was trying to use a coupon but they said it’s been happening and I know they didn’t care.
Guy seemed mad for no reason and charged everything INDIVIDUALLY instead of combos. When confronted, he just said that’s the way they charge. Which is sad because they themselves told us last time they gladly take coupons even if expired. And they sure treat people nicer and give discounts when they show up in uniform.
Since online never works in Weslaco, I tried a different city and it worked perfectly fine. I noticed other cities were WAY CHEAPER. Just the owner is stingy and makes you order in store to up charge you. My order was $26 in a neighboring city, but here it was $50. Don’t go here or anywhere in weslaco.
To top it off the sandwich was cold. They don’t know how to toast it.

$47 for 2 sandwiches when it’s usually 25 in my city. Owner is stingy and over charges almost twice the amount. Service was terrible. Everything charged individually instead of combos. There’s a reason why the online orders don’t work in weslaco but they work for other cities. If you do it online it’s cheaper but it doesn’t work because of the stingy owner and that’s why the staff is rude and over charges. Don’t go here or anywhere in weslaco.
