I was served by Nicki today at the Pickens location. She was not only attentive and kind, but made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from Subway. She took the time to carefully place all the toppings on the sandwich and make sure she didn’t make a mess. One of the best interactions I’ve ever had at a Subway. Very clean store, fresh ingredients and kind staff.

This is the slowest subway I have ever been to, it seemed like the man that was working did not know what he was doing as he called his daughter to come help him pour out a portion of chicken. I asked for half chicken and half turkey, not a full serving. At checkout, I tried to use my rewards that I had on the Subway® app, The daughter said That I couldn’t use them. She then made me order my whole order online in order to use my rewards. This is when I realize that he was charging me extra for the turkey that I specifically asked to be half turkey. never coming back here again, this franchise should be holding up to Subway® corporate expectations.

• Made my Footlong a 6 inch.
I had them make me another 6 inches and this is what it came out to be. ^
Missing the sauce, the onions, pepper— honestly, every thing.
The lady at the register said, “We don’t have the Cheesecake cookies” after throwing 2 random cookies in WITH NUTS!! I’m allergic to those, guys.. come on.

Placed an online order and when I got home my sandwich was completely squished and burnt. Literally looked like someone body slammed my sub I tried calling the store and they refused to answer the phone. I’ll never waste my money and eat at this location again.

Store is being remodeled. They take coupons .very nice people. Store is always clean. New owners . Just left subway after their remodeling and now they do not take coupons so they will probably loose a lot of business as the last owner did. They can’t figure if they want to take coupons or not, one day you get to use coupons on a subway club,next day nope because it has roast beef . Weird just not going to go there anymore

I have not gone to this subway in years because of how gross it used to be. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up an order there for someone else at how nice it is now. I went back today to get food for myself. It’s so clean! The food was fresh and so good and the service was great! I think everyone needs to give them another try since they’ve been redone!

Unfortunately this was my first time at this Subway and my experience was not favorable. Be aware that by going after dark you’re subject to park in an unlit area. My coupon wasn’t honored because the fountain machine was broken resulting in an order more costly than expected. The shop was not inviting at all as far as appearance and upkeep. My sandwich was okay though with all of the toppings expected so that was a positive. I typically like Subway but probably won’t go back to that one.

This gas station / Subway restaurant offers the perfect pit stop. Clean amenities with prompt service. Easy access off of the main street will allow you to easily come in and go. The City of Pickens is situated at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is the county seat of Pickens County and is a small business center for a good agricultural and industrial area.
