First time in any Coal Creek location, I browsed the menu beforehand and decided I wanted to try one of their breakfast bagel sandwiches. Their website stated the bagels are hand-made, hand-knotted in-house and oh my goodness was it delicious! It was chewy and crispy and all things delectable. I will definitely be back for the tasty sandwich and the calming atmosphere.

I was disappointed during my recent visit to this location. I ordered a pretzel expecting it to be served with salt and butter as it is at the downtown location, but it was not. Additionally, I found the service to be lacking; the staff at the cash register did not meet the friendly standards I’ve experienced previously. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of both the product and customer service.

First I will say that my wife liked her latte but, $6, wow. I asked about the croissants. I wanted to see what a $5.80 croissant looked like. I still don’t know. I ordered a small light roast drip and boy was it small and it must have sat on the burner for an hour and half. Yeck! Also, the girl at the register had an attitude.
